I paid these guys a lot of money. The work included a 1 year warranty. I expressed concern because I had been taken for a lot of money before. They made a point of ringing my doorbell to tell me that they wanted me to know that I could trust them. Part of the work included a concrete sidewalk covered with flagstone. It cracked within a couple of months of being finished. I notified them that it was cracked, and they said it was under warranty, but they were swamped at the moment. I was nice enough to wait several months. I was willing to let them address it after the summer. When I texted to remind them ( still within the one year period), they told me that they will not honor the warranty.

What’s worse, I noticed the mortar was very soft. You can scratch it off with your fingernail. I talked to the guy who actually worked on the sidewalk, and he told me the mortar was premixed with sand. I called the manufacturer of the mortar, and they told me that they do not make a product that is premixed. So, my entire sidewalk was done with no sand in the mortar. It’s cracking and flaking all over. I’m out several thousand dollars.

Other than that, my sprinkler system was supposed to be 8” deep. I had to dig near part of it. It’s lucky if it’s over 3”. They used a trencher to dig the lines, but they did not clear out all the dirt that fell back in before they put the pipes in.

They have their Facebook page set up so that no one can post to it. There is a reason. If you want an honest person working for you, look elsewhere. No idea where to tell you to look because I’m 0 for 2 on landscapers. The first one routinely scammed people and then changed the name of their business each time to avoid any consequences. I’m pretty sure that’s exactly what 3 parks is doing now too. I am so very disappointed in these guys.

This is a great group of guys!
They really know their stuff, super friendly and affordable.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of work.
They did a beautiful natural rock waterfeature and a concrete patio for me.
I will be using them for some future projects in the Summer.
