To the owner I was there for 3 days on a big boat called MARIAH slip 80 I think. We have stayed in a lot of 5 start Marinas and I'm sorry to say yours was not a 5 star experience but we had a great time over July 3rd/4th during our stay. I like to give honest assessments of my actual experiences to help others make decisions based on authentic reviews. A 5 star marina has composite decking on the docks so you don't get splinters. A 5 star marina has dock hands wearing something to indicate they work for the marina. A 5 star marina has power pedestals that are not rusting and exposed to the elements. A 5 star marina has stainless steel hose bibs that don't leak vs broken leaking hoses screwed to pilings. A 5 star marina has working WiFi. A 5 start marina has a Pump out system with a long enough hose to reach our boat and actually works...didn't for us on both counts. Not trying to flame you, this was just my experience during the time I stayed there on the boat Mariah. My husband thought Michelle and Jenny were awesome in customer service FWIW....

I had a very mixed experience at 43 North Marina. When I planned my Erie Canal transit, 43 North looked like a good stop for its amenities and diesel fuel. I booked a slip through Dockwa.

About a week before I arrived, I discovered my waste cap was seized, preventing me from pumping out my black water tank. I called the marina and spoke with the service department, informing them I wanted the cap freed or the entire deck fill replaced, since I couldn’t complete the trip without emptying the holding tank.

After I arrived and bought fuel, they directed me to a dock that was too shallow; I ran aground on the approach. They “thought” it was deep enough, so I had to spend the night on the fuel dock.

When I checked in at the service desk, it was clear the manager had done nothing to prepare for my arrival. A technician came to the boat and struggled for an hour before giving up and saying he couldn’t access the deck fill without damaging the boat. He gave up and I had to complete the trip without using the head.

The marina billed me for an hour of labor, even though they accomplished nothing. When I got home I ordered a new deck fill for $50 and replaced it in under an hour.

I expressed my disappointment to the marina and got no response at all. Yes, their bathrooms are clean, but the WiFi is unusable and there are no other services. I cannot in good conscience recommend this marina.

I rarely give reviews but this Marina is so deserving since my first encounter with 43 North Premier Marina from talking to Jeff he was able to accommodate my needs at record pace after scouring the shores of Oneida Lake this Marina did it! I am so grateful for finding them especially to Michelle and their Master forklift operator, mechanics & yard workers they all made me feel at home well completing my project. I could not ask for better service and individuals. Ended up almost buying a boat from 43rd, and they were very professional and friendly. Purchased a different boat and they still welcomed me with open arms to the marina. Michelle at the front desk is great. She is a great contact and is always available. I keep my boat on the dry rack storage and I haven't ever had an issue with the service. Marina staff is helpful for refueling and generalized questions. Much better than any other one on the lake. Super clean facilities, well maintained. Very thankful there was a spot for me at 43rd. Look forward to spending the summer with them.

Looked around at many marinas looking for the right boat and decided to check out 43 North Marina. I had the pleasure to work with Amber as my salesman and I highly recommend both this marina and Amber! She went above and beyond staying in communication with me and working on days off to help make sure my experience was nothing less than exceptional. Because of her I will definitely return as a customer in the future! Thank you Amber and 43 North Marina for the awesome boat and experience!

Purchased a boat from 43 North in 2024. Everyone treated us very well and were very responsive to our questions. Arielle and Amber went above and beyond to help us purchase our first boat. I would definitely buy another boat from them.

Not sure where to start, too many failures to report. Brought my 2006 SeaDoo Speedster in for an oil leak and a couple of minor electrical issues. Service Manager said they could service this boat and could look at it in a couple of days. Bottom line it took two weeks, which I understand since it included the July 4th holiday. So here we go, one phone call returned out of eight. Tried to be patient and give them space for 6 business days, but unreturned phone calls and downright avoidance pre- and post- pick up is aggravating. Oil leak was not fixed and engine was completely void of oil. I filled the oil, but 3 quarts fully drained after 30 minutes of run time.
Left engine started with fob attachment. This was not fixed, but charged 3 hours of labor. Blower fan fixed. Battery was dead when I picked it up. Replaced this myself the day after pick up due to 3 hour round trip. Back seat cushions not snapped in. Flew off on I-90 and obliterated. Carpet trashed. Looks like a raccoon or cat set up shop in my boat. Seats have grease spots. Place two post pick up calls. None returned. $678 dollars for more problems, but got a new fuse for my blower fan. Two other low priority items were not addressed. Disaster!

2nd attempt: I actually finally made contact with the Marina and had work done on my boat this fall. They did and excellent job and the service was good!

1st attempt; I would write a more detailed review, but they have not called me back in over two weeks to get work done at the service department. I called twice, left messages....and nothing.
