To be clear, I think the Tesla is an amazing car. I highly recommend it for anybody converting to an electric car. I absolutely love mine!!!
I would like to warn people about the purchasing experience itself! Because mine sucked! I truly hope your experience is different.

Im attempting to buy a Model Y. Im upgrading from my current Tesla Model 3. I've been pending for almost 2 weeks with approvals. Tomorrow I'm supposed to take delivery on my car at 2pm. That is less than 24 hours. I'm still pending approvals and no answer on financing yet. I've been told for 3 days in a row, that at the end of the day. I will have an answer. That has not happened.
-Everytime I go into a Tesla store (7+ visits) to resolve this issue. I get no answer and I've been misled multiple times.
-Everyone I've spoken to on the phone with Tesla, won't give me an answer either.
- Tesla will send out multiple messages. Informing you, you have tasks to complete or they need additional information. Then have nothing for you to do to help move the process forward.

I'm very concerned in there process and do not like how difficult it is to get an answer.

Thanks Gary for always delivering a great buying experience at this location. He was informative and let us test drive the car before ordering. If there was an issue, I wasn’t worried because Gary would assist us! I would recommend checking out this location if you are new to the area.

I had a great experience buying the car but ran into an issue with registration. I wasn't having luck via email until I worked with Cynthia the manager. She was so diligent about helping and assured me that she would be my advocate until the issue was resolved. She was a great reminder of everyone has issues, but it's about how the resolution is handled that matters in the end.
