This woman cares! I had an unfortunate error with the website when my order didn’t go through properly and didn’t show on her end and I didn’t find out till I called to confirm delivery of the flowers. I explained what I had ordered and that it was my wife’s birthday that day. She made sure to get the flowers I had ordered delivered to me the SAME DAY. I’m truly thankful for what she did for my wife. The birthday cake arrangement was gorgeous and even made my wife cry she loved it so much. Thank you so much and you’ve earned a loyal and returning customer.

I called after 5 on Monday and Ms. Angela got me an extraordinary Peace Lily delivered the next morning! She was extremely sweet and accommodating. Not to mention the plant is soooo fresh and beautiful (and large!!!) Definitely will purchase again!

Taylor's made ordering a beautiful plant in a beautiful planter for a funeral so easy and quick! I particularly appreciated the fact that the employee or owner on the phone new exactly what I wanted after I described what I had seen on the website. She was kind and helpful and I felt confident after speaking with her that she was going to get the plant to the funeral and that it would look fantastic.

Taylor’s Florist does an amazing job! They did a nice floral arrangement for my parents’ 50th anniversary celebration in July 2019. The owner and her husband were a lifesaver because they stepped in to help with the vow renewal. They didn’t expect a penny extra for it either. That meant the world to my parents.

Inquired if they had red, pink or white roses and was advised that they had red. Arrangement did not have red roses, but orange and yellow, of which neither I requested. Instead of stating they did not have red. I would have called another florist.
