I met Jose at a Home and Garden show. Of all the landscapers I saw, he was the only one to say, "sit down, let's go over what you want." He came out to my townhouse the next week, a quote followed the next week, I provided my changes/updates to the quote, he sent me another quote keeping me in budget, and by the next week after that the Elegante team was working and done in two days! (Folks, to be clear that was about 3 weeks from Home show to project complete! To be fair my project was small so they're able to schedule me between larger projects.) The team of Robert, Jorge, and Jeff were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work on my small back patio. Bonus points that all of them were fantastic with my dog! We had to make some changes due to an HOA situation and they handled it like they've dealt with craziness everyday, which they probably do. Once the HOA situation resolved I will call Jose and team again to have them work on the rest of my back patio. Thank you Jose, Robert, Jorge, and, yes, even you, Jeff. 😉

Elegante Landscape is a stand out company and my experience the benchmark in the service industry because from the start to the finish, from the boss Jose to the foreman to the crew, they were exceptional in all that matters. Our main concern was tree roots pushing up concrete walkway. Jose came out listened and answered our questions/concerns mainly the tree root/walkway and issue with rocks pushing out bottom of sidewalk fence. He explained what/how to do and gave ideas of how he envisioned the front yard including up-lights which I had not asked about but always wanted. He stressed the company goal is always to make sure the customer was happy. My no pressure quote arrived shortly after on the day he said he would send it. I appreciated the quote was broken down line item versus lumping all into a paragraph w/total.
So Robert and crew arrived on day/time Jose said they would, and BTW all the days of the project they arrived when they said and on-time. Consistency. Robert was a blessing and is passionate about his craft and mirrored Jose in telling me the goal of the company is to make the customers happy. After watching Robert and crew in action, I knew they were solid and so I asked to do more so we added on additional landscaping and boy am I glad we did. Robert envisioned how he saw our area and suggested things I had not thought about and explained not only visually how it would look great, but how changes would function best. He did not promise the moon, only listened to what I wanted and told me best how I could get it. The inclusion of up-lights and path lights was invaluable as they are the highlight of my front yard! Robert took great care to make sure I was happy with placement and over the course of project made several adjustments to get it perfect as I saw it. Attention to detail. They even transplanted my beloved Asparagus and to another area which made that area look better, transplanting not part of the qte but they did it and also "finished" off a narrow area with rock consistent with the other area, on their own because it completed the whole look, as Robert said. Wow, I did not know how right he was till I saw it. They also exceeded our expectations for the ugly side yard they fixed up and added DG. Big Jeff and the rest of the crew were amazing also. They are all solid and it shows in their workmanship. The communication was great also, Jose and foreman Robert, were available throughout project, never had to wait for a callback later for something now. Robert made me feel our project was priority, while I knew he had a lot on his plate all day long. He always communicated what was going on and what was to come and when. Communication.
So funny because at no point did they try to upsell or add-on, it was us who kept adding and adding. We ended up doing way more than what we asked for in original quote because we learned first hand this company was exceptional in all ways, from setting expectations, to knowledge, to quality and craftsmanship to the least exciting but most important, communication. The crew is tight and they pride themselves in their craft. And of course for this crew, they cleaned up better than it was before. Duh. And another thing. After they left there was a small issue with the concrete. I called Robert and he came out the next day, he communicated with Jose and Jose did not hesitate in going the extra mile in making the best way to adjust, not for the company but for us. Their motto, "we want you the customer to be happy" is not just lip service. They tell you and then they do it. Brilliant!
We love our outdoor space now! And not only would we not hesitate to call them again, we look forward to having EL them come to our house again for future projects. Thank you Jose and Robert and all the crew, you go the extra mile exceeding our expectations. You set the bar and and we appreciate all your efforts and all you have done, Thank you!

Working with Jose and Robert was a pleasure. Jose visited our home only two days after we talked to him at a Home and Garden show. We had several others provide estimates as well, but we felt most comfortable with him because he was very consultative, while listening to our wants and needs. We took the earliest spot in his schedule, which was almost 90 days away, but we are glad that we did. He cautioned us that it could take as much as 3 weeks to complete our job, but friendly weather and an efficient crew resulted in completion in just under 10 working days. Our concrete turned out incredible and the pattern used for parting lines made it looks much more expensive than it is. They took care in planning the grade / drainage, which proved to work very well during the first heavy rain. The irrigation system is discretely hidden away in a vault located at the end of a planting area. It's completely accessible, but almost unnoticeable. The sod went down flat as glass atop the fill Elegante brought in and expertly leveled. They even assembled a 20' x 12' gazebo that proved to be more of a challenge than we anticipated due to poor manufacturing tolerances. Robert, the project manager proved to be flexible and accommodating as we made several changes to the plan on the fly, several of which were suggested by him. We are very happy with our experience and would gladly recommend Elegante to any of our friends and family.

After 5 different bids we selected Elegante for our new front and back yard project. Jose our crew chief Robert were outstanding. The scope of our project included a new concrete driveway, backyard court, softscape and an amazing water feature. The entire crew was on-time, professional and courteous. This was one of the rare times where I worked with a contractor who had solid ideas and was there to present options that saved money on the entire project. I cannot say enough good things about Elegante Landscapes and the owner of the business Jose Garcia. Before contacting Elegante I had two other businesses come to my property and give estimates. One of those businesses stopped replying back and the other was a no show the day the job was supposed to start. From the first time Jose came to my property to give an estimate he was very enthusiastic about my plans for my yard and his communication during the whole process was excellent and he never made me feel like all my questions were a burden. He went over and beyond working with me and my budget and even provided beautiful 3D models. Do yourself a favor and give Jose a call for your landscaping needs!
