The entire process, from visiting their showroom and inspecting the samples to placing the order to delivery, was flawless. Staff ensured timely delivery, and the delivery crew went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We definitely plan to purchase more materials again and will recommend them to our family and friends.

After having 10 yards of bark delivered, and being very happy with it. we decided to use this same company for a delivery of rock. Ours was a small amount 1/2 yard of their 4x8 cobble (5x8 on the website). We were to use this for a boarder on our river bed in the back yard. We looked at the pictures online and decided, based on the pictures, this was the rock size we needed. What was delivered was a WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY!
What they dumped on our street was severely broken and either much larger or much smaller than what was depicted on their website. We are left with a huge pile of small (2-3 inch) and large (9-18 inch) broken rocks that we cannot use. I have made several attempts asking them correct the issue but they are unwilling to do anything. Today Virginia told me to "We are not going to do anything. Have a nice life!"
We are elderly and left with a huge pile of junk rock that we can neither move or use!
TERRIBLE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I am the owner of a small landscape / design business and often get material at Rock Pros. The customer service is top-notch!!! I was in a pickle and needed some bagged material immediately that was not available. Marcelo in the yard was a life saver!! She offered to help me, and along with Sergio, they were able to fulfill my order. Perry at the sales desk was also amazing!! The crew all played a part in making this order happen at the last minute!! I am so grateful and thankful that there's still businesses like Rock Pros that provide not only great material but friendly, helpful, 5-star customer service !!! This company takes no responsibility for its actions. Their trucks drop rock all over the highways and on moving cars. Don’t let them tell you this is normal and acceptable. It is not. When confronted with this behavior the response was “not our problem”. Do not trust Pete or Dalton. They care nothing about you or your family when they are on the roads driving along side trucks operated by Rock Pros.
