Terrible at Del Webb Oasis, they forced us to close with a laundry list of pending items …. 16+ months and very little corrected and we live here full time & work from home. We completed our 1 year survey & no one has reached out to us on our complaints, they fell on silent ears. if u tell them you are going out of town that’s when they say they schedule vendors for, it’s a tactic, they don’t want to correct anything. Lots of neighbors frustrated for sure, I really don’t recognize a lot of these names on these reviews hmmmmm, if u look at their names states ‘local guides’ don’t be fooled. I love my neighbors & neighborhood but would not wish this on my worst enemy. Regretting our purchase here. The builder should stand behind their product and take care of their owners!!!

We have had a wonderful experience building our beautiful new home in the Del Webb Oasis Community! Our Sales Rep, Ken, and our Construction Manger, Jon, were both excellent communicators and quick to resolve any issues that arose to make sure we were always happy and satisfied. The build was quicker than anticipated and we are excited to begin our new life in our gorgeous new home and community!

I love this beautiful community and the wonderful people who live here. So many great new friends to have fun with. I also love my new home. It’s simply gorgeous and I’m looking forward to enjoying it for many years to come. I also enjoy living so close to Disney. What a blast. It’s definitely going to be a great adventure. Pulte/Del Webb have got a winner here with a magical location and a fabulous professional team assisting us every step of the way. From working with Rachel our sales rep to working with the design center right through to the end of the construction has been a wonderful journey. What a fun ride it has been with so much more to come!

The community, residents and overall layout of Oasis is fantastic. we love it here and we especially thank our saleswoman Elizabeth Doble for her fantastic service and support throughout our Pulte experience. She is the best. Also, our customer care manager Jason, handled every warranty need professionally and quickly to our satisfaction. These two individuals made the process easy and enjoyable!
