Recomiendo esta comunidad, es muy linda!!! Desde que llegué me sentí cómoda.. Anyeliz Davila es super profesional, siempre atiende a mis llamadas y busca la manera de responder mis inquietudes.. Todo el tiempo pendiente de mí y resuelve con tiempo.., hasta que llegué aquí, Lennar me ofrece lo que buscaba y soñaba, me incluyen los appliances, Quartz en la cocina y baños, Tiles en todo el primer
piso.
Estuve buscando casas por tres meses, no me convencían, mala calidad, y todo los upgrade me salían muy caros, aquí en Lennar me los incluyen.
Estoy ansiosa esperando el día de mi cierre y tener las llaves en mis manos con la bendición del Señor.

Lennar is by far the worst!! I purchased 4 years ago with cal Atlantic which Lennar bought and had bad experience but mostly with one major thing. And barely any minor things. and once again 4 years later purchased again and my brand new home looks like it’s about 6 years old ! I am constantly putting warranty claims because I continue to find things ! They used poor cheap poor materials if I attempt to clean it , it becomes worse! The paint is horrible , caulking in bathrooms are horrible! We spent so much and it seems like we are going to have to spend wayyy more to fix because they are so sloppy to do the work. Also the different grass in the back is the worst placement ever and they refused to fix it . I had already two claims done and pending one now for a month! And no response with Lissette ! The framing of the doors are so bad that I think I am going to have to change it with another professional! Also my toilet had leaked one month in,and my fridge. I also had to call to replace a door that fell. Then the outside is just a hot mess that we gave up! PLEASE ANY ONE READING DO NOT BUY!!!! If you do be on top of them!

The worst customer service experience. My house was close a month ago with open item that they promise will take care. Every week I need to do multiple call, email or text to found someone to provide an excuse why they can schedule the providers to close the open items. Lennar required so many things to put in contract then they force you to close the home that is not ready. Awful experience don’t recommended to no one.

Homes are rushed to be built and then work is not done properly. Instead of ensuring quality work is being done they just want to get families in and leave you with a to do list for what they didn’t do or what they did poorly. There’s also a major issue with the mail. No mailboxes are set up, you have to go to the post office to pick up and they seem frustrated with us and threaten to not keep holding the mail. Lennar seemed good in the beginning but it’s been nothing but miscommunication and one headache after another.

UPDATE: Mailboxes have been placed in front of community now since last Tuesday. I spoke with a Lennar employee named Alex who instructed me to pick up key at post office. I've gone twice since that conversation, 2nd time was today and post office says they were not given any keys. Such a mess.

The whole experience with Lennar was HORRIBLE. I was shown a lot in Old Hickory St.Cloud, FL that had already been sold. My husband and I arrived at 11am on a Saturday. The agent Ana B at Old Hickory showed my family LOT #309 had us get prequalified, sent us home for hours and stated everything will be fine once pre approval comes in she will have us sign the contract. So we went home waited and waited called her at least 6x to be forwarded. Finally received a call from her at 5pm stating to get in contact with Lennar mortgage because they are needing to explain the cash to close. Spoke with Lennar mortgage and the 9% incentives that Ana mentioned that Lennar was offering were not applied. Called her back to let her know this info only to for her to cut me off and say lot 309 was sold but then proceeded to offer me the other 2 lots that were available within the breath . She also stated that it was my fault for not submitting our license fast enough. No where did she take full responsibility for being a jerk and getting our hopes us to a sold lot. I am disgusted with Lennar and the agents that allow this to be done to families that work hard to buy their dream home
