Love the setting and views of the community, Pulte chose a great spot to build!

The sales consultant Alberto was always there when I needed him and worked with me very well to find a nice property that fit what I wanted in a home.

The construction team was communicative and very thorough with everything! Special shout outs to Matt, Robert and Julian. Matt for always being on top of communication and answering all of my questions very quickly. Julien for building me a beautiful home that I will love for years to come, Robert for a thorough walk through and Shane for leading an awesome team. Great job guys! I will be, and have already recommended Pulte to others!

We just moved in to our new home and we love it! Going through the process of buying a house was not the smoothest due to a delay in closing. Fortunately for us Julian Rodriguez the construction manager for our house made the difference. Julian customer service was impressive he communicated with us weekly on the progress of our home, answered all our questions in a timely manner. During the home walkthrough he assured us everything will be fixed and he delivered! The day of closing we did a final walkthrough and we loved our new home. Julian made a priority to give us a ready to move in home with all the bells and whistles. Pulte management at Tohoqua this review is a 5 star mainly because of Julian! He is an asset to your company.

Excellent Service! Great warranty service if your not rude to people.

My home is beautiful! The service from Eric Rameriz the customer care representative is great! Pulte goes above and beyond to fix issues and assure quality long after the sale. This was an excellent experience from construction to closing and beyond! They work with you to resolve issues and are clear and upfront the entire time!

Highly recommend Pulte! We looked at many builders prior to choosing Pulte and we are happy we did!

Pulte home warranty SUCKS!!!

You will have to call, text, and email Pulte to get anything fixed and then they will delay delay delay. No one will come then they will ignore you. Then they will say that can’t fix the issue.

Do yourself a favor and DON’T GET A PULTE HOME!

I have been working with Donald McCosham, and even though we all know how the market is right now he made sure I was prepared and ready to buy when the house I wanted became available. They called me this week and told me my house is about to start and I can’t wait to start the process!! 🙂

They quote us $330,000.00 for a 4/2 house on a Wednesday, 4/21 including the lot and 10K towards the closing cost. They told us by next Wednesday the lots will be release. Therefore, we couldn't move forward even if we wanted. We proceeded to get pre-approved by their lender which without any problems. Then yesterday 4/28 lots were release and the price increase which was fine with us. However, the sales person Donald McCosham calls to advise that the deposit is 8K which was fine. So I make the necessary arrangements for the deposit money. However, is short notice so I have to move some money. He suggest we can wire transfer the deposit, again we have no problem. However at 4:45pm he calls rushing us to come since they have 3 other people waiting for lots and to advise that Pulte Homes increased the price of the house by 7K and took away 3K towards the closing. How is the fair when I couldn't move forward at the start since they didn't have any lots available. We asked if their any other incentives since they increase the price of the home, lot and took away 3k in closing costs. Donald rudely advise the company is not going to negotiate. Not even let me see what I can do. I understand since is only been a week since quote and we didn't have a lot. NO rude, rude, rude !! We ask to call him back once I spoke to my husband in 15 - 20 minutes. He reply no call me back in 10 minutes. I don't understand the attitude!! That wasn't the last house in the community. This a brand new community with no house yet build, not even the model homes. He was rude unprofessional, very pressing, with an attitude.
