I remember when my daughter and I first met Steve Robinson at a house we didn’t care for as we were just browsing a different community to see if we would be interested in living there. Although we went unscheduled with no intentions of purchasing a home because we were worried about our finances, Steve changed all of that. In fact, I would call meeting Steve a divine appointment.

Steve was on his way home to be with his family after he though he could not help us, at some point in his journey, he pulled off to the side of the road to check on another location the builder had. When he found exactly what I was looking for he called to say “I think you will like this one.” I met him at the new location and instantly loved the house. There was one thing that was off though, I didn’t like the color of the kitchen cupboards. After ensuring that I liked the model itself, he looked further to find me one with the exact colors I wanted.

Completely forgetting that I did not come to purchase a house, I was a happy explorer who turned into a happy buyer and I went into contract a hour or two later (did I say this was at 9PM at night). I felt so badly keeping him away from his family but he remained diligent and patient as I asked what seemed like one million questions.

All in all, now that we’ve moved in and renovated (because I just had to make it me) – Steve still shares excitement in our before and after and feels more like a trusted friend than just another real estate agent. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Steve Robinson and will definitely recommend him to everyone we know!
