Ordered for my mom for what would have been her and my father's wedding anniversary (he passed), online for same day delivery. After placing the order I called them several times to ensure it would arrive and they never answered the phone. When it still hadn't arrived 2 days later, post her anniversary, I called several more times to inquire and they never answered. Flowers arrived later that day. Beautiful flowers but horrible (non-existant) customer service.

The first comment I have is when you pay for premium, they do make the extra effort into making a difference in the arrangement.

The second thing is, I’ve used them two times already and they have accommodated my quick turn around and been able to get flowers, ready within 30 minutes for me to pick up. This is a great service and I have communicated that to the owner.

Worst experience! Placed my order on the 28th of May. Got a confirmation at the 29th so that I can have the surprise delivered exactly on June 1 at 11am. But with no heads up or anything, they delivered my flowers late (June 4). I understand that the shop only operates half day on weekends. However, they accepted my order and without any updates from them, they just moved my delivery date at a later date. So disappointing!! Definitely not recommending

Lovely flower shop and beautiful arrangements. Bought a bouquet for my mother in law’s birthday, the service is great and I only waited for about 10 mins. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the flowers. Highly recommended!!
