Steven helped us design, create, set up, and relocate flowers between venues for our wedding last year. We were very happy, and he's a really cool dude. We especially appreciate the design process; asking us for pictures of what we were looking for, then sending us pictures of his work-in-progress up until the day before the wedding. Spectacular flowers for my Mom’s service!! Fleur de Lis was her favorite florist, and she loved flowers. We showed them her favorite painting and a bouquet they had made that she loved, and they created gorgeous arrangements with perfect color and floral selections. They honored her and brought extra beauty to a difficult day. They also lasted a long time for us to enjoy afterward and share with medical staff. Truly amazing. Thank you!!

What a responsive and amazing florist Fleur De Lis is!

Ordered two different arrangements for my wife for Valentine's Day because I wasn't going to be in town. I wanted a bouquet to be delivered on 2/13 and another on 2/14 (we typically celebrate Galentine's Day because I think V-day is an overrated and overcharged day, and we should be giving flowers on regular days and not just hallmark holidays).

Ordering through the website was easy enough, but the order looked a bit confused because it didn't clearly state that the two bouquets would be delivered on two different days. I called in and spoke directly to the owner who said that the best way to do this was to submit two separate orders, but because I called in, he would correct the orders himself. The updated orders were emailed to me and when the delivery was complete, I got an email notification as well.

It turns out that my order was duplicated on the florists' end because she ended up getting two bouquets on v-day anyway, but of course my wife loved it.

The arrangements were exquisite, the service was excellent, and the communication was amazing. Support local businesses! (just remember that if you are going to order multiple arrangements for delivery on different days, run them as separate orders).

I really like this *local* florist. Years ago I got a blue orchid for my sweetheart. This week his mother sent us a lovely arrangement of what I believe are burgundy calla lilies and a beautiful white orchid with some pops of bright green chrysanthemum. Tastefully filled with other greenery in varying shades and some vine work. Pleasant scent that isn't too strong.

I was beyond thrilled with the flower arrangement, delivery, and service. I sent flowers to my friend who is a teacher at a East Palo Alto middle school today. I especially loved how Fleur de Lis sent me a photo of the flower arrangement and the exact location of where the flowers were delivered. In my case, it was on the reception counter of the school. I love supporting this hard-working, family-owned business and getting exceptional service. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely stunning! Every time I order a designer’s choice wrapped bouquet My wide and I have been extremely happy. All you need to do is give a budget plus a little direction with colors and style and voilà a masterpiece. I wouldn’t have even know how to ask for this directly.
