Dario and his crew did a fantastic job on our backyard remodel.
Our project seemed basic to us, but, after consultation and comparing bids from other companies, Haro Landscape included a lot of details that we had not considered in our vision. Our project included a 50 foot long brick wall that replaced a slope on the side yard, 1000 square feet of new concrete, a completely new water-efficient yard irrigation system, and an expansion of our drainage system. They did an excellent job on everything! Thank you for a job well-done!

Poor schedule management. Lack of follow up or follow through. Pricing requests never fulfilled- messy job site, fresh concrete cracked same day, screws left behind in planting beds, trash, cans, cigarettes, bottles tossed in yard- had to eventually clean up to have better contractors finish the job. Also posted pictures of my backyard to his IG account without approval. Dario Sr. Also harassed me over my poor reviews to my neighbor- terribly unprofessional.

I did not farm out cheaper pricing- every time you spoke to me it would be, I’ll send you a price to do X Y and Z, and you never followed through(all things discussed before project start) I had to start giving away scope because you stopped following up on everything. I always told you I got a great price on turf on reservation in 2021 and it would be tough to beat, and you couldn’t. After concrete was poured- I asked if you could install edging(which is bizarre that you didn’t because you were supposed to be installing the rest of the rock and mulch and would need edging in those areas anyways. I asked you for a price to plant, you said I’ll give you a price on a certain date and then didn’t. You are acting blindsided that I wanted to complete a project in a timely fashion not whenever you could squeeze extra work in. Not once did you say- hey can I have more time for pricing- I always had to call you to move the ball forward.

You couldn’t even get invoicing correct, you sent me a final invoice then texted me saying oh I forgot $320 extra for my electrician, disorganized, fortunately I’m reasonable and paid the added cost.

If you had spent the same amount of effort on the project that you did to deflect your shortcomings on this review- you probably would have been successful. If anyone wants copies of non-responses from Haro Landscape- feel free to message me.

These guys did great! Dario was good about communicating through the entire project. We had drainage issues and needed pet friendly artificial turf in our yard and he did a great job! He is very detail oriented as well! The job turned out great and was very reasonably priced!

Dario and his team are simply THE BEST. We had a nasty dead grass situation and our HOA was not thrilled with us. Dario came out to take a look at the space and get our ideas, followed up with a digital layout of the new landscape, I took a trip out to his nursery to choose plants and we finalized the layout. His team had our entire front yard remodel and backyard demolition done in 3 days! They were super flexible with payment options and very easy to communicate with.
