Recently purchased a home and the wood Meadow south community, so far it’s been great. Lots of homes being built. The neighbors that we have met so far are very family oriented, quiet environment.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is overrun with gophers and moles that leave mounds of dirt in your front and back yard. They aren't doing anything to address this issue in the neighborhood and it makes the value of the neighborhood look run down. The sellers won't disclose this problem to you because they want you to buy. If you don’t think gophers and moles are a serious future issue for your property, you might want to go and do your research…You'll also face issues with ants and spiders that they won't mention either. We moved into our new house and had to budget for monthly pest and critter control to deal with the gopher, mole, ant, and spider infestations. Our granite countertop already has a crack, and the sink faucets take over a minute to get hot. One of the sinks in our guest bathroom doesn't hold water when you pull up the stopper. The hot and cold water symbols on our kitchen sink mysteriously popped off. Our granite countertop turns grey with even a small amount of water, indicating it's cheap and not sealed properly. Our garage makes random noises when we open and close it. Our front roof leaks a brown substance into the porch area..And lastly, they provide you with the cheapest grass and trees on the market for your yard. It’s only been a few months for us, and we’ve been spending outrageously on issues that if we had known about prior to, we wouldn’t have made the decision to trust these builders or this neighborhood..Don't let the sellers deceive you into thinking everything is perfect—they're VERY GOOD at that. To avoid a headache, take my review seriously. I have plenty of other things I could be doing right now, but I'm trying to save you from the stress and headaches we've dealt with since day one. I'm pretty sure I won't get a reply from them on this review because they know it's the truth.

This house been leaking since day one. Inspection couldnt find any signs of damage then…several visits later from roofing professionals. Roof still leaking and warranty/claims denied. I wish I hadnt bought this house. Im so depressed.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because their houses are a nice layout and the loan lender was very friendly.

We went in to purchase a home and to get information on what was offered. Throughout the whole process we were lied to on what was offered, as things kept changing (within a 24hr time period). The guy we were working with kept talking in circles and had no agenda to our planned meetings. He had no preparation so I felt the meetings were repetitive.
While we were in the meetings, he looked at my husband to speak with the entire time and only spoke to me when I asked a question or to talk about house colors. This felt very demeaning.

When asked about their highest selling point for the home, he shared how they are offering a Smart Home. He said they provide one smart switch, an off brand Ring Camera (he didn’t know the brand), Alexa Dot (he called it an Amazon puck), and a camera. The house is also installed with Z-Wave which is becoming outdated technology that you’d have to change in a couple of years. Very disappointing that THIS is their highest selling point.
