Review:
My experience with Adam's Homes Harmony Central has been a mixed bag. The realtors were attentive and the house itself is quite nice. However, my satisfaction took a hit due to the disappointing warranty customer service. The cheap grass in the front yard, which is Bahia grass, turned out to be more of a nuisance than an enhancement, leading to HOA issues. Getting the warranty to address any issues has been frustrating, akin to pulling teeth. Given the significant investment in our homes, the warranty pushback is perplexing. Despite enjoying my house and neighbors, these minor issues and the warranty service's handling leave much to be desired.
