We stopped by this cute little historical town and LOVED this family owned restaurant! We were greeted immediately by a friendly host, the service was fast, and the food was amazing! Everything was very fresh, the potstickers are homemade everyday, and the edamame has a special sauce that’s family made! Even the owners came to our table to make sure we had everything we needed! Highly recommended stopping in with an appetite! You won’t be disappointed!

Great place, the best Sushi ever, the best by far. Service is GREAT , come and ask for Bri to be your server , sweet girl.. the best part was that we had Grandma (the owner) sit at our table to enjoy dinner. Over all its an awsome experience.

This restaurant is located on 3rd street in San Juan Bautista. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is on parklet type patio that the city built on the street, So cars to drive right by. We ordered appetizers of Calamari sticks and edamame. The calamari does not come with any sauces, but the server was happy to bring us a side of spicy mayo to dip them in. The waitress let us know that there were 3 types of edamame (Plain, Garlic, and Spicy Garlic) we decided on the Garlic and Spicy Garlic. Everyone at our table enjoyed the Garlic Edamame most, but the spicy version was good too. The rest of the food was very good and nicely plated. The server was polite but we did have to ask for a few things multiple times as they were forgotten. But all in all it was a nice experience and we will go back!

If you are in traffic late afternoon anywhere near Gilroy, Hollister or San Juan, head straight to this place. Its worth the time and travel. Such a great space and nothing better than a family owned business ? The staff and menu were both amazing. So many fresh and homemade selections. Go early to check out the local shops along 3rd Street before your dinner!

Was excited to hear because of the high reviews. Once we were seated - we waited and waited for our server - who was just socializing with folks at the next table over. Two other tables were seated and had menus and drinks brought to them before our server decided to do her job.

I was brought out something I didn’t order - and it wasn’t very good. I have been mis-served at restaurants before the past and had been pleasantly surprised. Not this time. Thank you for taking it off the bill.

Whatever - there are other Japanese restaurants in the area that will get my money in the future.

Hope your visit here will be better.

One of the best restaurants in the San Benito county. Quite authentic in taste and using fresh & quality ingredients. Living in Hollister, it’s surely worth the drive coming here for lunch or dinner.

I took my family of five to Inaka. I called in advance to make sure we get our name on the list. We arrived and waited for around 10 minutes. They were extremely busy. The place has plenty of seatings and pretty clean. The food were consistent with the other location in watsonville. The sushi chefs and staffs were pretty new. Our sushi rolls came out and they were extremely small only having around 5 or 6 pieces. The rolls were also falling appart and with the seaweed which are holding the rice were cracked. The waitress were new as well and so many times forgot about our table. We had to ask for water, napkins, to go box multiple times. The building was extremely hot as well and will need better ventilation. The good new is they were pretty friendly. We love Miyuki but we like the San Juan location Inaka better. Plenty of parking and very clean. We will come back again and see if they improve. I'll update my review depending on the services.
