Our son started at CG when he was 4 months old. We were nervous sending him so young but we’ve had an amazing experience so far. He learns so much at daycare and are always impressed by how clean and organized they are. Compared to other daycares, we are also happy with their schedule and hours as working parents. We feel lucky to have him there!

UPDATE: The owner's response to my review is patently false. Our child has NOT been dealing with a surgical site infection on and off for 1 year. Our child had a medical issue for which he had surgery, and subsequently developed a surgical site infection after 2 days AT the center. In addition, the $2100 they agreed to "refund" to us was tuition for December that they fraudulently charged us via ACH debit even AFTER we already withdrew in November. It is clear from the owner's response that they do not care about the kids they look after, but only their profits and bottom line.

We had a terrible experience at Creative Gardens related to the executive director, and would recommend avoiding this center.

Our kiddo recently had surgery on a sensitive area and required some special care. They expressed their willingness to do the post-op care but after only 2 days at the center, he developed a surgical site infection.

We expressed our concern to the director, but she was completely unsympathetic, stating that daycare illnesses are a part of life. She did not apologize for the pain and suffering our child went through or offer to investigate the matter. When we decided to withdraw, she refused to refund us thousands of dollars they charged us for tuition for the upcoming month, even though we only attended the daycare for 2 days in total.

This center also has many many closure days that are unreasonable for working parents (for example, they are closed for a random Friday in December for teaching training, and then 12/20 through 1/1). A terrible experience compared to our previous daycare (Bright Horizons, which was wonderful). We would recommend avoiding this center at all costs.

We love creative gardens a lot. The teachers are very warm and the welcoming and take good care of my baby, and the facility is bright and spacious and it’s very conveniently located in a shopping center with lots of parking. Very good experience overall.

Our son started at Creative Gardens when he was 17 months old. I can't say enough about how great the school is and how dedicated Chris and Agnes are. The facilities are state of the art and always clean and orderly; the staff is well prepared and caring; and, the kids are exposed to a variety of age-appropriate activities that enrich their development including music, movement, art and crafts, outdoor play, and more. I would highly recommend Creative Gardens to any parents in the area.

Our son started at around 5.5 months and rapidly began to develop, first physically and now cognitively. Other parents are shocked at how much he knows as a 15 month old, but his entire cohort is just as smart. It’s not just glorified babysitting at CG, they really care about teaching them new things and helping them grow. I believe the staff genuinely love our kids too. Highly recommend!!
