We had our complete central a/c system replaced by P&D in 2015 and were satisfied with all aspects of the service. However, they apparently are not equipped to service their customers needs when they have a problem. Our compressor apparently failed on a weekend and I attempted to call them to have someone from their company to come out and check out the problem. It took 3 separate calls to them to be able to actually speak with a person from the company. The person I finally reached (Donna) was very rude and condescending about my problem. I explained that they had installed the unit and that something had failed and it was not working. I told her that the circuit breaker had tripped and it would not reset. Her immediate response was that I needed to call an electrician and that it wasn’t a problem with the a/c unit. She then said (incorrectly) that the unit wasn’t covered under warranty. She then told me “Don’t you know that there is a labor shortage and I don’t have anyone to do a service call”. I can’t believe with attitudes like this that this company is still in business. Long story short, I contacted another company that showed up on time the next day and they found that the compressor had failed and they were able to replace it at a reasonable price the following day. Also, the compressor WAS covered under warranty. I would advise anyone looking for a reputable company for their a/c needs to definitely stay away from P&D.

DONNA the owner of P & D charged my senior citizen mother for an “emergency appointment” and the paperwork stated customer has no a/c. THIS WAS A HUGE LIE, the a/c was working and the service man came during normal working hours and basically did nothing and didn’t even do basic service for the over charged incorrect bill. When she called to explain to DONNA that she was incorrectly charged and Donna screamed at her and said if she didn’t like the service she could go elsewhere. P & D abuses elders by overcharging and charging for services not performed. I DON’T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
