Unprofessional . Uninsured.
While fueling at the local gas station, his employees tried to squeeze into the pump in front of my vehicle. While passenger was getting inside my car, the truck towing a trailer clipped my car door causing $4300 in damages. Luckily my passenger was okay and did not receive any injury . I had 2 young children in the back seat that were shaken up. Upon exchanging insurance information, I realized that every "proof of insurance " exchanged was expired and/ or not for the truck present . Driver took full responsibility while the others told him he should know better. While trying to make contact with the owner, he's avoided all phone calls, messages and responsibility. After contacting the driver trying to get the correct info, he turned rude and won't take any calls. After contacting their supposed insurance, we were informed that they're not covered by them AT ALL. The way all this is being handled is unprofessional and shameful. What kind of business are you running ? I'm hoping you see this review and make right on the situation before I take it any further . This is unfortunate. I have video and picture proof. Maybe the next step will be going to Ventura Police Department and taking you to court.

Where do I begin with my 5 start experience with West Coast Tree. From start to finish Joseph was professional, knowledgeable, and very honest. He offered a few budget friendly options, and then inserted his recommendation as an experience Arborist. Joseph always stayed focused on saving our trees instead of chopping them. Any landscaping needs, I know exactly who we are going to call again.

Best tree work ever!!!. Had 2 large queen palms removed. You can't even tell I had work done.
Clean up was fast and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend Joseph and his crew! Five stars is to low. They went above and beyond!

Had to give a one star because zero wasn't an option! This company fuels their trucks at our local gas station where their reckless employees have damaged many vehicles on multiple occasions (it's most obvious their drivers dont know how to tow a trailer), mine being one of the unfortunate. They have been a nightmare to deal with. They refuse to return the calls of my insurance agent. We are lucky to have obtained the video of the occurrence and my truck will be be fixed with me paying out of pocket and soon to be reimbursed once we're done taking them to court. Its unfortunate and irresponsible that a company have such disregard in taking responsibility for the actions of their employees! Such bad business practice for someone who wants to call themselves professionals. I have never seen such lact of professionalism or even just human decency. The owner has been down right rude as well as the driver! So instead of a simple swap of information, I'll see you in court Sir!?
