This guy, Ben, is immature and vindicative with his customers. I asked him for an update on the plans and he responded with "oh, you made us wait for almost a year. You didn't pay us for months, and now you're in a rush?", and this was for a project that the city had delayed, so there was no way to confirm his plans were going to be accepted in order for my to pay him. CPD drew up design plans for a simple garage addition/extension (not an ADU) and saw the design approval phase through to the end. This took nearly 2 YEARS!!, though no fault of Ben at CPD. It was simply the city of Glendale's Planning Department that makes any sort of design approval a nightmare. But Ben persevered, even in the home stretch when everything was approved, but the lead city engineer was replaced and decided to change the rules suddenly regarding our project for no apparent reason. Ben spent more time lobbying the department to correct the engineering overstep, and ultimately everything was approved and permits have been issued.

I COULD NOT have done this without Ben's expertise and diligence. I highly recommend Ben at Complete Package Drafting.
