Their honey is the best! Beautiful ambience. Super cute store. Don’t go on Wednesday cause they’re closed. Fun plants and pots to choose from.

Combined Topanga Nursery and The Valley Hive. The Valley Hive sells everything for backyard Beekeepers. Inside the main building (a very old repurposed house) there is honey for tasting and a real live hive with glass cover so you can watch bees making honey.

The Nursery is packed with the best looking plants. Also many larger plants. I’m assuming they have a lot of commercial plant buyers.

It’s fun just to visit and look at plants, spend time under shaded patio area, and check out Beekeeping equipment.

Is my to go place! I got all the agave, cactus, palms for my yard, they have good prices, they delivered and helped with installation (payment request obviously). They have any kind of plants for your project, highly professional and very pleased to give you the best advises.

We were passing by and we stopped at this Nursery, this caucasian man, owner, or manager was very rude, and followed us around the nursery, he told his employee to follow us! Sad, this kind of people are in the business!

This is the best place to hang out in the area. Matt at the nursery is THE COOLEST guy! So kind, knowledgeable, personable. We spent hours talking to him and Jen at the honey shop/nursery and just had the best time. Jen shows her love and excitement for bees and makes it contagious! These are the two coolest people you will ever meet and this was the highlight of my year so far.

Came here one or two years ago to buy a snake plant, some man (possibly the owner, I'm not sure, he was Caucasian) raised his voice at me to put on my mask (which I did), I guess asking with respect was out of the question. The rest of the staff seemed polite and did their job.
Update: The person I was with and me believe that it had very little to do with COVID, especially since no one else was around us: we believe it was discrimination and a power move, due to him possibly being intimidated by me. Suffice to say, neither of us have done any business with this establishment since.
