I lived here temporarily a few months back and really enjoyed our stay here. I have had other tenants tell me that it used to have more greenery, but I felt that what they had was nice enough compared to other places. Rent is high everywhere and this was much cheaper compared to others. It is not super lux, but we had everything we needed and it was very clean and the management was attentive when we asked for anything The tenants were a variety of nationalities and very friendly. We enjoyed talks, especially about our pets! Parking can be difficult, if you have another vehicle. We paid extra for another guaranteed spot and I know many others charge also now, which is sad..We were on the 3rd floor and had no noise issues from our neighbors. You will hear kids playing in the afternoon, but it was never more than an hour.They were remodeling a lot when we left, so I am sure it has been noisy. We truly enjoyed staying here and would stay again!

I lived here for about three years. The grounds are gated and secure. The building is old, but maintenance is done frequently and any problems are dealt with immediately. Most of the residents are Asian. There are many small children and it is a safe place to live, but it can be a little noisy at times. There is a Japanese food supermarket nearby, which is convenient for Asian people.

This complex just keeps getting worse and worse. The complex used to have tons of plants that were exceptionally useful at buffering noise.

Now the complex is dull, empty, and gray save for a couple pockets of lawn. Without any noise buffers, the nearly CONSTANT construction noise is incredibly loud as it echoes down the halls and alleys of the complex

They also made the pool smaller, for whatever reason, don't have enough parking spaces for residents, and just let residents' dogs poop all over the place.

They consistently bump rent, year after year.

You can definitely find a better apartment for the amount of money you'll be shelling out.

I lived here a long time ago (2011) and I have really fond memories of this place. Judging from online photos, it looks mostly the same. It was always very clean, quiet, well maintained, and SAFE despite the neighborhood being sketch. I loved all the green space in the courtyard, it felt like a nice little community once you got inside the gates. I would definitely recommend as a nice place to live.

Lived here with my dog for two years. You don’t find a lot of places with this much greenery. It’s great for strolling outside, meeting neighbors, walking your dog, or for a child to play. The managers are sweet to boot!

I've been living here for about 10 months. I'm an out-of-stater and when I was searching for apartments, all of them seemed to be about in the same price range. This one was a tad more, but with the gated parking/complex I was sold. Community is very nice and quiet. Management is attentive. Very happy with our current setup.

We've been living here for 15 months now and we really like it. Usually, the reviews you see are from people with bad experiences because not a lot of people take the time to write a positive review. So far, we haven't had any problem here. We have a small dog and we love having a dog park inside the community. Same as everything in Torrance, it's an old building but our unit was remodeled before we moved so it's really nice.

If you are a warm weather hater you may not like it during summer for not having AC but it's definitely not too hot.

Coming from Santa Monica the price it's really fair, location it's convenient and close to the 405 and over CA 91 so you could go anywhere directly from the highway.

Manager it's not really friendly but I haven't had to even talk to her because we haven't had any issue at all.
