We both bought and sold a home with Michele. Michele goes above and beyond for her clients. We were purchasing a new build and had chosen the house by the time we brought her in. She could easily have sat back and let the process happen but instead she dove into researching our builder, our neighborhood, our builder’s other neighborhoods, and our new metro district. We had never been in a neighborhood with both an HOA and a metro district, and she helped us fully understand the benefits and risks and go into the purchase informed in a way the builder would not have provided. She also helped us consider mortgage options, organize our move, and even helped us pack! After the sale was over she didn’t take her commission and forget about us, she sent referrals for services we were looking for and checked in to see how happy we were with our new home.
Michele is a wonderfully delightful person and a consummate, engaged professional. Others I have talked to didn’t get a fraction of the service we got from their real estate agents. We were so lucky to have her in our corner!

On Selling our home:
Michele did so much to ensure that our home sale went even better than we could have hoped for. It was extremely stressful as we moved into a new home before selling, and thus were paying multiple mortgages. With her help we only had to do that for one month. Our house sold within a week of being on the market and more than $30k over our list price. How did she do this in an unpredictable market? First, she knew our neighborhood extremely well and had been working specifically in this neighborhood for many years. Second she gave us excellent advice about where to spend our time and energy getting our house ready to show. Third, she helped us find great professionals to fix and spruce things up before showing. Fourth Porchlight offers many great services and Michele selected the perfect options for us. Fifth she helped us prep for showing and even helped us clean up our yard. Sixth she had excellent educated instincts about how we should price our home. I could go on and on. I have never known a more helpful, dedicated, and knowledgeable real estate agent. She was everything we could have hoped for and so much more. She is just a wonderful, caring person and took all of our needs into consideration through the whole process including when explaining offers and contracts and helping us make an informed decision when we had so much interest and so many great options. You truly can’t go wrong having her represent you and will be blown away by the result of her guidance and expertise.
