For the past 2 years I've been using 2 different pest control services - the other, since 2016. To cut expenses, I put the other on hold. Today was a trial for Aptive Environmental. I've been paying for indoor and outdoor services, but they've been doing just the outdoors. I walked Zach through the house, covered every room, and gave him my expectations. He was professional, thorough, and understanding. I liked what I saw today. So far so good.

Aptive services have been a great asset to my home. The roof has Spanish tiles and the wasps like to nest in them. An Aptive service member comes out every quarter to make applications. They have also installed a bait-box to eliminate mice and voles. The openings are such that squirrels and birds cannot get in. Their customer service is easy to contact so changes can be made quickly. Service members are friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. Brandon and every prior tech that has come out to service our home has been knowledgable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I get text messages before and after the appointment keeping me informed about what's being done. Love seeing the pictures of the work done as well. Best pest control service I've ever had.

The service provider did a good job and communicated well with that he was doing. He also offered us additional, future service, that we declined. To be honest, the service people have been great but, we have not been pleased with the product. Just recently, between service periods, we have encountered hundreds of wasps and spiders to include black widows. We’ve even placed 4 wasp traps of our own and trapped hundreds.

I don’t think I have had an easier or more quality experience with a pest control company than I did with Aptive. I called and someone showed up within 24 hours to start my service. From the call to the service each associate was courteous and friendly. Travis was the best and was very respectful of my house and family while working. Explained everything and took his time to make sure things were done right.

Company is a total scam. Charged for services I did not receive. My contract was set up to service my home every 3 months. They charged me for the service 2 months in a row. I have never received services from them during back to back months. I work from home and have cameras around my house and one of the dates they are charging me for, no one was here or provided any services and I did not receive an email or text notification for the appointment as I always have. They told me a tech says we did so you can dispute the charge.
