I went in to replace an air filter for my Stihl BG86 handheld blower. The gentleman behind the counter knew what it was almost instantly and went in back. Part was in stock at a fair price. I don't know I spent more than 5 minutes for the whole transaction to take place. Very impressed

Terrible customer service. Ordered a part for a lawn mower over 2 weeks ago. Was told in the beginning it would be a few days. Never called me. Called for the first time today to check on my part order Part still not in. Guy was very rude.iIgave him 2 weeks without bothering them. He said today " I can always go somewhere else"!

Was shopping around for a cub zero turn, ended up getting it from Thomaston power because the customer service from Tyler was excellent and I appreciate that I could bring it anytime to get serviced in the future. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the whole process. Picked up our Cub Cadet at our house, serviced it and delivered it back. It runs like new again and they cleaned it up too. It's 17 years old. They were very nice and professional.

After shopping around for a Cub Cadet we settled on Thomaston Power Equipment. Convenient location near Route 8. Tyler and Lenny were easy to work with over the phone. The mower was waiting for us ready to go the next day. Much rather shop locally owned (than home depot or lowes) these guys have plenty of parts and equipment too.

The second time I've been here. First time was to buy a chainsaw. Staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Made suggestions that were very helpful.
Second visit was to replace chainsaw blade (My fault. I tried cutting through too many nails). Staff was again super nice, replaced my blade in two minutes and were cheaper than my local hardware store.

I had an issue starting my snowblower that I bought from Cub Cadet directly. I purchased this snowblower only 2 years ago and I originally thought if I stored my snowblower with fuel stabilizer in fuel it would be okay to keep it in there in my shed. I called Thomaston Power Equipment and explained the situation and they suspected the issue is related to fuel gunk in the system. They were able to pickup my snowblower first thing next day and had it done the same day with some minor tune ups running great. The cost was very affordable and they also gave me some wonderful advice to boot. They are amazing! Thank you!
