Bento box - dumplings were neither spicy, chewy, nor crunchy. Teriyaki chicken was dry and flavorless. The shrimp tempura and teriyaki beef were ok. Thai iced tea was cloyingly sweet and tasted of coconut - not my cup of tea.

Excellent food and service! We had fried pot stickers, cream cheese wontons, orange chicken, Mongolian beef, and the shrimp tempura roll (which was especially tasty). Huge selection of foods available at reasonable prices for the amount you get. I was motivated to go here after seeing multiple people outside walking around eating containers of fried rice and they pointed me here!

Better than the valley location and they have Pho which is the best.
Also, quick delivery to Douglas.
Food is good quality now. Recommend better than than any other Asian Cuisine Downtown Juneau.

Food was good but this establishment doesn’t and won’t provide you an itemized receipt and automatically puts the tip on the bill. You have no idea how much tip because you don’t get an itemized receipt. We asked for a copy of the receipt and got a hand written receipt that still didn’t show how much the tip was. I would not recommend this place.

I hate to write bad reviews, but the Mongolian Beef was easily the worst food I’ve had in years. The sauce was super sweet and tasted like right out of a jar. The beef was so dry and tough, it had to have been reheated at least twice. They had a Korean beef special the day before, I’m guessing I had those leftovers. Bummer

The lady that runs the front area was great. Very nice and attentive. The food was amazing. We ate here 3 times on our vacation.

Don't go to this place. This place tries to take as much money from you as possible. Adds on a mandatory 18% gratitude for 3 people, when the menu only saids 15% for SIX PEOPLE OR MORE. Service was also poor, water was self serve, there is a bowl of rice that goes along with your food, but she tried to ask us to buy a seperate bowl of rice for $3. Don't go to this place, save your money and go somewhere else!!! (I don't put down reviews at all, so this saids alot about this place.)
