MAY 2024 - I have ended my 10+ years relationship with Winterberry Gardens. This company is under new management for landscaping/maintenance and the quality of work has been lowered significantly.

We have given over $50,000 to Winterberry landscaping, irrigation, and lawn care, including a major landscaping project for over $25,000.

Normally reliable, this company has been unable to resolve an issue of their doing for several months now. I have been very blunt in my communications asking for resolution, however, all I've gotten is excuses and landscaping mumbo jumbo double -talk as to why the issue exists.

if you value your money, I would steer clear of Winterberry Gardens, you can thank me later.

JULY 1 2021 - Marcus and his team did another fantastic job! Landscaping needed pruning, mulch, and the back hill needed weeding and all the stones reset. LOOKS AMAZING and we are very happy.

As usual, his staff was very professional, on-time, job completed on time and the work done properly the first time, and every time.

Did a large landscaping project for our house 7 years ago with Winterberry, its still looks amazing. Cheryl was the designer, very professional and a great designer.

Winterberry has been maintaining our project for 7 years. Their maintenance crews are great workers, always proficient, professional, and do the job right, and most of all, doing the job completely. Special thanks to Marcus & his crew for finishing our Spring clean-up and mulch yesterday, we have a lot of people coming over for Easter, and the landscaping looks terrific. I would highly recommend Winterberry.

First visit on one of their last days open. Great happy pleasant and helpful staff. The inventory was still epic and they were the only place I could find who still had mums in our area this close to a religious holiday.

Got a dogwood from here two years ago … was expensive but it was the tree we wanted. It was dead basically right away, they sent a tree whisperer out who was very nice and tried to give us a way to revive it but it didn’t work. Then we got the replacement tree because it was under warranty but that one also never took. Apparently the replacement tree is not under warranty per their policy so now we are our hundreds of dollars and have had a dying tree in our yard for a couple years. Kind of shocked to see Winterberry not stand by their products.

Well stocked, vast varieties with a knowledgeable staff! We've bought many trees, shrubs and flowers and have been happy with our purchases. Prices can be a bit high, But! we always have gotten the value that we paid for

Stopped in to browse but had absolutely no idea what I was getting myself into. So many plants, so little time. I can't wait to go back and explore the rest!

Such bad customer service. I spent over $1500 in a month there and when two of my evergreens died before I got to plant them it was because of my neglect. No matter what I tried to explain about how I took care of the bushed, the manager had a snotty reply. We watered the shrubs, but she told me not enough water. When I stated that how would I know that, she then insulted me by saying "if you bought a dog does someone need to tell you to feed it" It was at that moment that I knew no matter what I said she was not helping me. I just wanted replacement of two evergreens that cost almost $400.00. Please be very careful when you buy from this establishment. They do not care about customer happiness, only their profit.
