I bought a boat last July because they couldn’t fix my previous boat and I have been waiting since last July for them to fix a ton of things on my boat. I currently a year later cannot use my boat due to alarms going off bathroom not working radio not working in the sticker price of this boat is over $1 million. I have begged for them to help me fix my boat no return calls from the service manager or from the general manager or anything at this point I have no choice, but to seek out legal counsel due to having a boat that is an operable and can be used. One year I have waited patiently and now I’m done. I called Marine Max corporate last year not even a phone call back. All I heard back was from the general manager at this location that filled me with empty promises with no delivery. This was last year I heard from her.
This boat was also delivered illegally without a ship to shore radio that it came with that did not work. That is a Coast Guard safety issue. I basically put this review on here so that people could see. Do not waste your time and don’t expect it to get done because from people I’ve heard from in the people on here it’s not getting done. Hopefully they can fix this business. The rear sea deck on the boat replaced once after a year still not fixed, dash is still cracked still not fixed, they took my dash apart, still has not put my dash back together, and since then they broke my radio, and none of my speakers work still waiting

Marine Max has been terrible communicating with me regarding a boat I bought from them. They are full of false promises. Once they sell you a boat you mean nothing to them. They have not taken care of the repairs they owe me since I purchased the boat. They delivered the boat 6- hours late in August after I bought the boat and had numerous delays in delivery. When I finally received the boat after waiting all day the boat Bimini was torn to pieces because they never closed it and put the boot on. The frame was bent and scratched perhaps happened in there yard. The GM promised they would take care of all the issues because they wanted a “10” for a rating. I agreed and gave them another chance. They still have my boat that was suppose to be ready 3- weeks ago. I am disgusted with this company. Stay away from them. They don’t care. A lot of lip service…favorite line “let me check with the team and get right back to you” which never happens. Even the GM didn’t return my call. How sad. I am ready to give them back their boat and get my money back. I used this boat 3- times since I purchased it. Lots of empty promises.

Ordered with parts numbers from an old manual. 2 weeks later it showed up and my house.
