We are repeat customers of The Palm House. Doug, the owner has always given us outstanding customer service. He rides us around in his golf cart to show us trees we request to see. He is very knowledgeable and has given us ideas for our landscape we didn't known about, loved and utilized. Alan and another employee came and installed our latest purchases. They worked extremely hard. Doug was even able to deliver and install two days ahead of schedule! We just love doing business with The Palm House.

Purchased 2 foxtail palms and a triple veitchia montgomery palm from The Palm House and they were delivered and planted the next day. The guys did a great job and we will do business with them again. Highly recommend you visit and see all the variety of trees they have. Very satisfied customer.

Fabulous selection of palms and other plants. Wide range of landscaping services! Very customer friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable about their variety of species of palms, bamboo and other trees they have on the nursery. Full install services available along with fertilizer treatments as well!

I really can't say enough great things about this gem of a place !! If you want old school customer service and beautiful palms THIS is your place !!! The owner is extremely down to earth, genuine and fair. I almost just want to go back for the conversation. We bought 4 palms from him, selected and tagged then ourselves. The crew that came out was super respectful and efficient. You really can't go wrong with this place !! We just love our palms and feel great about supporting such an awesome business. Beautiful, healthy palm trees. They will deliver and install the trees for you. An employee named Toren took a lot of time to show me around and explain the differences between the trees. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and non-pressuring. He also was one of the installers at my home and explained to me how to take care of the palms. Very quick and convenient delivery and installation.

LOVE THIS PLACE and my husband and I just love Doug the owner. He is very personable and knowledgeable about his craft. To date we have ordered and had planted a wide range of plants and bushes for our ranch. Once Doug actually took the time to come by with his workers so we could pick his brain on some more ideas for our landscaping. We're so excited for the future of our land! 🙂 Plus his prices are very fair. The Palm House can't be beat.

Best place to buy trees! The manager Charlie was super friendly and a wealth of knowledge. CJ (I may have that name wrong) the delivery guy was Awesome! I wish I would have had more money to tip him. This place is well worth the drive for a great selection of beautiful native plants.
