POOR PROFESSIONALISM: I live on oglebay drive in magnolia point. I arrived home Friday April 26, 2019 in the evening to see a representative from this company cutting grass on a large riding lawnmower. Here are the 3 things that I witnessed and also tried to correct 1 of them with the representative after he did it.
1). PIC ATTACHED: As I drove up in my driveway, his large riding lawnmower shot lots of grass into my driveway. I got out my vehicle, as he was facing me in the lawnmower, and pointed out all of the grass he just forced onto my driveway. He shook his head as to let me know that he was going to remove it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I came back 15 minute later to see that he had left the scene and never removed, at least with a blower, any of grass he rudely propelled onto my driveway. We asked the neighbor for the company she hired to let them know what had happened and also asked her not to remove the grass because it was not her fault that this happened. She is also a very nice elderly woman that she shouldn't have to worry about things like this. They needed to have more respect than to treat other peoples property that way.
2) PIC ATTACHED: Also, he should've realized that the large riding lawnmower that he was using, was not going to fit along side of her right side of the house and he should've used a smaller or push one. Yet he decided to go along the right side and then cut deep into my yard. My yard sits higher on a slope. This resulted in him digging his blades deep into my lawn resulting in digging a deep line into my grass/soil also resulting in killing that area of my lawn. You will see how far he came onto my side of the property via where my fence ends. You will also see where he cut and the edge of the lawn where he stopped, leaving a long gash deep into my sod/soil.
3) PIC ATTACHED: You will also notice that he also left the scene without even finishing the job on my neighbors home. You will see the area where the fence ends and her property. He left the home without even finishing the job she paid for. Very Unprofessional also how he shot all of her grass into her mulch and over into mine as well. Mulch that she (our neighbor) had just cleaned up and laid down a few days before. I felt very bad for this older nice lady.
** Yes I left a message concerning this. No response as of yet. Main point: I pointed out what he had done with all of the grass onto my driveway and allowed him to fix the situation. He did not. After coming out is when I also noticed the line he dug into my sod on my property. Im sure he understands that he should be cutting on other peoples property as well as messing up their lawn. Unless he is planning on paying for the damage. And finally, if you are going to pay for a service, I'm sure that you would want to hire a professional that is not just going to cut the grass and propel the grass into your mulch or even cause and type of confrontation with your neighbors due to their lack of professionalism. Thankful that I saw him do this and knew it wasn't my neighbors fault.
*** We all hire professionals to do jobs in our yards. However, a professional is a lack of term that I would use for the employee of this company. (If it was the employee/owner-Who Knows which one it was)! I wished the neighbor hadn't have removed the grass that the company tossed onto my property but she must have felt obligated.
