Had the fortune of meeting Mr. Hamilton and his kind wife this afternoon. We were looking for an avocado tree and were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful unassuming oasis they have created. There are so many varieties of plants there. All of the trees in the property and the plants have been planted by them over the years. They are pleasant, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable and you get a real experience with nature unlike the more industrial feel of the chain hardware/garden centers. We will buy our plants from Mr. Hamilton and Mrs, Hamilton from now on. In my opinion, their nursery is a treasure that needs to be passed on to the next generations of their family. And if you’re lucky, you’ll get to chat with them a bit.

We got this incredible stag horn fern from Hamilton, not only are his plants amazing but his service is awesome. He’s very knowledgeable and very friendly. In fact we ran out of gas on our way there once and he came and brought gas to us. I highly recommend Hamilton nursery. Nice plants at great value.

I purchased more than 100 plants from Hamilton Nursery for a re-landscaping project. All of the plants were healthy and vibrant, and 6 weeks after planting they’re still thriving. Mr. Hamilton was very knowledgeable and accommodating and a real gentleman. I would definitely use Hamilton Nursery again and highly recommended this business.

Mr. Arthur is a gracious and hospitable southerner. Him and his wife were very welcoming. He took the time to instruct and inform me on how to care for his tree. He shared with my husband how to properly plant it. I especially enjoyed wandering through his maze of a nursery. He knew exactly where and what each plant was. This was not your everyday shopping trip, it was an experience.
