I moved into High Point in 2010, it was a warm and welcoming community. We had get togethers without having to belong to some group or social club. We had holiday dinners and always made sure every one was able to get there and home.
Now we have a hall monitor who is more interested in where your 10 year old tool bin is located than the residents with their needs.
We have a Rules and Regulations department that can point out flags and garden flags they don't like but can't see homes broken into and being lived in by squatters. They can find dirty driveways but they can't find all the under 55'ers living in here.
Sadly High Point is no longer the great place to live that it used to be. Hopefully the new board will realize the employees that are destroying the wonderful atmosphere and replace them.

Lots of nice people stay here. Plenty to do, pickleball, golf, swimming, bocce ball, horseshoes, lawn bowling, shuffle board, tennis and a whole array of social activities. Every day amenities are all so close by.

I was visiting a friend and she suggested that my two daughters and I go to the pool. She had us follow her in her golf cart(so fun to drive ?) and once she showed her guest pool pass we were good for the day. The pool monitors were there to ensure safety and that residents and guests were signed in.
There are rules, but nothing too strict or out of the ordinary.
Everyone was very friendly.
Lots of smiles and hellos.
There were a few other children there as well and everyone did their own thing with respect to others. My girls had a great time.

This place is one of the friendliest places I've ever visited. A family member lives here and loves it. I came to visit over the years and have enjoyed many rounds of golf here. The course is beautifully maintained with a quaint clubhouse for the 19th hole. It's hard to find an economical place in Florida to live but High Point fits the bill. My wife and I loved it so much, we bought a place here and snowbird from Ohio.

I spend my winters near by in the Brookridge community . I have friends in High point,Though I don't use the club house. I like lot ownership it's not rent the Hoa. Is only $43 Mo. and the security is actively present 24/7

Huge Modular Home Park. Includes clubhouse with pool, shuffleboards, tennis courts, golf course & dog park! conveniently located right off of Cortez boulevard near market 48 distillery. A great community!
