Me and my wife enjoyed our vacations here. It's a nice place to spend time with your couple and the whole family. It is also located near our favorite restaurants in the area. 100% recommended!

Our families first VRBO property and I was nervous at first....The moment we pulled into the cottage parking lot all those nerves were gone. Beautiful family friendly cottage. Decorated very well not over done. Made it feel like it was our own home on the beach. Then add the 100yds to the beach and we had a perfect location for a wonderful family vacation.

We do recommend this place. The unit we stayed in was really suitable for 2. Would not really be good for parents with kids. However close to the beach and several good restaurants. Maybe check if they have bigger units if your planning to bring kids.

The hotel we originally booked was a disaster and basically left us stranded, we called Gulf Breeze Inn, they were so helpful and friendly. Great location, just over the bridge from Pensacola Beach. Rooms were newly remodeled and very nice. Pool was nice too! Would definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When my son decided to get married in Florida with 2 weeks notice I was extremely stressed trying to arrange flights and a place to stay. I was given the phone number for the Gulf Breeze Inn. Andrea was fantastic.. she assured me it was all ok and arranged a unit for us. She was great.. and went above and beyond to make our stay stress free. The unit was clean and comfortable and very convenient to beach access. I should have written this much sooner. We hope to get back for a quick stay soon..thank you again.

Gulf Breeze Inn was very enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean and decorated with a beach vibe. It was easy to get into the room because of the code lock on the door. It's literally right next to the beach with a public access walkway. I had a great time!

Loved the location. By great restaurants walking distance|Beach was wonderful. Great for walking|Adrianne was always available and very friendly. She made our stay fun. Had a cookout for the condo people that stayed the month of march. Loved the other tenants
