We had them back again to plant some more palm trees in our backyard and it’s absolutely perfect. Luis and the best people who work at H2Grow did a great job making sure everything was taken care of. Working with Luis and the H2Grow team was an incredible experience from start to finish! They completely transformed my outdoor space with a stunning design and flawless execution.

The project included everything, 3D design, pavers, landscape lighting, irrigation, a fire pit, landscaping, sod, and a retaining wall. The 3D design made it easy to visualize the project, but the final result exceeded all expectations. The pavers are beautiful, the fire pit has become a favorite gathering spot, and the landscape lighting brings the whole space to life at night.

What truly stood out was the crew. They were some of the hardest-working and kindest people I’ve ever met. Angel, the foreman, was a perfectionist in the best way, he made sure every detail was flawless, from the precise cuts on the pavers to the perfectly leveled retaining wall. He also ensured the site stayed clean and organized throughout the project, which was so appreciated.

Absolutely outstanding! Thoughtful, courteous, meticulous in the work and left everything spotless. They're like a throwback to a different time when people took pride in their work and reputation. Hurricane milton left our yard a message and when everyone was clamoring for their services, they squeezed us in, did more work than was quoted without additional charges, after working with more service providers than I can count over the last year as we moved into our retirement home I was used to over promise under-deliver and missed schedules. Pleasantly surprised doesn't begin to capture it, pleasantly stunned and amazed comes closer.

Luis would have gotten a 5 Star rating until he decided to screw me over. He was great until a situation raised where his engineer never got a permit for my covered patio so Luis decided the best way to handle it was to ghost me and walk away from completing the job. He ignored my calls, emails and texts. After months, he finally responded and told me his engineer screwed him over and he was embarrassed. I told him to forget being embarrased and do the right thing by not screwing over me and 86 yo mother, make it right and finish the job. I told him he could apply for a permit still and just pay the fine and make it right. I have been more than patient and supportive. He agreed, brought a new contractor to my home. Yay! I gave him everything they needed for the county. He communicated with updates for a little bit. He last texted me on August 26th and said everything had been submitted and I would hear from him in a week. I have never heard from him again. He has ignored my text, my emails, my phone calls and he even BLOCKED me from his Facebook page I noticed. This was an $18,000 job that started 13 months ago. This is not how to conduct good business! I want everyone to know so it does not happen to you. He does good work but if anything goes wrong, HE WILL DUMP YOU and leave you with the mess. I told him from day one that my main concern was doing this legally and being permitted. A real man and respectable company would finish the job. I have always paid him timely and always showed grace. Now I have to pull my own "after the fact" permits, pay the fines, fix whatever may come upon inspection and find someone to finish up the job, pavers around footings, electrical and replace gutter panels.
