You guys could've had a same day sale. Apparently, Dalton is the only salesman. He wasn't there, and no one knew where he was. I was told to call him or wait. I did. Voicemail box not set up. After 30 minutes in the parking lot, I left. Crystal Tractor and Equipment was recommended by a friend. Finally got what I wanted.

This was by far the quickest and easiest process we’ve ever been through to purchase anything.We showed up just to look around and get prices on their lawn mowers. Dalton showed us around and went over their financing options. We were there maybe 30-35 minutes and had no doubts we were going to purchase our mower through Florida Coast Equipment. Dalton made us feel comfortable through the whole process and kept us informed the entire time. We went in early morning and by late afternoon we received our approval. Our mower was delivered the next day and they made sure we were comfortable using it before they left. Best decision we’ve made this year by far! I’d recommend Florida Coast Equipment to anyone. We are new to the area and went to Florida Coastal for tractor and accessory advice. We encountered some of the kindest and knowledgeable folks that were absolutely amazing. Specifically, Dalton was very informative and guided us through the process of our purchase. He arranged delivery and actually was the one who arrived at our home and was patient with our questions as he walked us through how to use all the features of the tractor and it's accessories. We cannot be more happy and thrilled that we used Florida Coastal for our purchase and we could not ask for better service and assistance. Thanks Dalton!!
