I can’t even express how much I appreciated their service quality & speed, and overall communication. It was all very impressive. They made the difficult experience of a collision repair shockingly seamless and my 9year old car is like new. Shoutout to Taylor for the truly top tier service ? We were visiting family was the accident occurred. AAA Adjuster recommended this company decided to keep vehicle there for repairs.we had to drive back home in a rental but stephanie kept me posted understood I would have to fly back to San Diego to pick up vehicle when completed.
Excellent service and repaired in a timely manner. I would recommend SE Collision to friends and family.

I got into my first car accident a month ago and my insurance sent me to SE Collision Center. My experience here was great. The communication and customer service is exceptional. They keep you updated with automated texts, are quick to return calls, and conveniently sent up rental services. Taylor did a good job of explaining the process and answering questions/concerns I had. He and his team worked hard to fix my car, and the repairs were completed sooner than expected. About a week after I picked up my car, I noticed a bubble on my new tire. I contacted SE Collision, and Taylor helped me work with my insurance to get it replaced. Every time I went into the office or called SE Collision Center, Stephanie was always friendly and professional. I am grateful for everyone at SE Collision Center for making this process as easy as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car here again!

SE Collision has been great for us. Taylor does a fantastic job coordinating the process. First used them for my son's 4Runner, after an accident and we were very happy with the process and the results. When my Cat Converter got stolen and the insurance company gave me SE Collision as an option, I went with them right away. Glad I did, because they did another great job for us. Highly Recommend these guys!!!

Had a fantastic experience getting my car repair after someone hit my front left while my car was parked. The repairs are flawless, and the communication regarding estimated pickup date were fantastic. Appreciated the open communication via email and phone calls. Can only recommend to everyone!
