Just not in love with the quality or service. We purchased a good amount of furniture from them and it showed up horribly dirty. The delivery driver didn’t bring cleaning materials so we ended up cleaning $5000 worth of white furniture. It has black soot-like dirt all over it. To make matters worse, one of the sling back swivel chairs was broken. It reclined way too far back. When I called the store, the lady first said three weeks to repair. I objected and she said she’d have Stuart the owner call. He did and we made arrangements to have the chair picked up within a day or two and we’d get it back in about a week. The chair was delivered today and I was sitting across from the dining set and looked over and noticed the new parts underneath are black in color. Stick out like a sore thumb. I looked at the chair that was originally delivered in good shape and they had painted those same parts white. I think we’ll think twice about using them in the future. They told us they were higher quality because they own their own factory.

Kym is superb! Her reputation preceded her. I drove past 2 other Palm Casual locations, just to work with her. Let me just say, it was well worth the 2 hour+ round trip drive! She showed me everything in the store and never pressured or tried to upsell me things we didn’t need.
This was by far the BEST customer service I have ever received!! She stayed late to help me select the right color palette and place the custom cushion order for 17 pieces. She was communicative throughout the whole process, and even had the furniture ready before the projected availability date.
The owner even went to the trouble of picking up our cushions so that we could have this set for our Thanksgiving gathering.
Kym went leagues above and beyond to help me find beautiful, exceptionally comfortable, well-made furniture.

Huge variety of outdoor furniture with an infinite number of options. The products are mostly locally manufactured using high end materials. Their warranty and repair policies are the best in the industry. Procucts are highly comfortable very competively priced. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful associates make for shopping pleasurable. A visit is a must when looking for casual furnishings.

We have a set of PVC furniture we have had for over 25 years. A branch fell on one of the chairs and Ottoman which broke a couple of the PVC elbows. Emailed Palm Casual asking how I might get a couple of replacements and Kym told me I could bring in the pieces to get them repaired. I told her it would be more trouble bringing them in then replacing myself. She told me to take pictures of the parts and come by to get the replacements. Dropped by the Orlando store on Saturday, replaced the parts, and I am back in business. That is why we bought the high quality products from Palm Casual. We should get another 10 years out of our furniture.
