The best decision I have ever made about home maintenance and repair. The service companies are way out of line with their policies and prices. DIY sold me exactly what the pest companies use and taught me how to schedule, store, and apply them. PLEASE give them a try! I only regret not knowing about this place YEARS ago. I have wasted SO much $$$ over the past 23 years! Who knew

Had a good experience with the clerk at the store and on the phone. The clerk was very helpful with identifying products for my issues. The serious downside is pricing. The photos attached show ONLINE stores which can be up to half the price but comparing at local stores it is only 10-20% more expensive. I will note that the Ant Gel was significantly cheaper than online. Another big downside is you are locked in as they only provide store credit on returns.

I’m willing to pay a slight premium to go to a storefront but this is too high for my needs. You will get good customer service and advice for the money though!

This was the only DIY pest place or HW store that had high concentrated Permethrin that wasn't sky high in price. It also had the smaller bottles and knowledgeable staff.

Should of read other reviews prior purchasing the Taurus termite product at the Do It Yourself Pest & Lawn Products paid $220 for a 78 oz where you can get it for half the price else where, even Walmart. Way over priced! So check other places prior going there. Buyer be aware! Lesson learned.

Do your research prior to shopping here... 20oz (1pint 4oz) bottle of Terrmidor SC cost me a hundred forty-five dollar's here but is available most everywhere else, online, for 65 dollars. Chalking this one up to a very expensive lesson. Called to see if they would do anything for me and told they don't do returns nor willing to price match. TIP - SiteOne in Longwood sells the 78oz bottle for just a few bucks more than the 20oz at this shop.

The owner was so helpful. A lot of people online complain that there's a different price for cash versus card. As a small business owner the fees to run a credit card are much more now than they were 6 months ago let alone a few years ago. Maybe a better way to approach this is your total of $60 and just so you know I can give you a discount if you pay with cash. For me this works better because everybody loves a discount when they can get it. And trust me this girl tries to give discounts. Thank you
