We found small roaches in our office kitchen on a Monday. I called EPLS, the Manager Roi called me to review what he suspected was German Roaches. Roi was on site the next day to confirm his suspicion.

Roi spent close to an hour inspecting and treating for the roaches.

We have not seen a single roach since EPLS treated my office 1x!!!

EPLS called a few days later to followup and see if the roaches were gone.

Talk about customer service! Caring, Fast and Effective! I know who I will be calling for all of my pest control needs going forward.

EPLS used to be a good company. Sure, they charged more than other companies, but they also provided better service, so it was worth it.
However, over the years as the company has grown, the company has gone down-hill and now their service is absolutely terrible! Customers are now just a number. They only care about their bottom line; customer service is gone. They will make every excuse as to why their treatments are not working. And they're cutting corners with treatments to save themselves some money. Avoid!

Very disappointing when every time you ask why certain things are happing you always get a different answer, and when they walk by weeds that are growing 18 inches off the grass and they state they do not treat that area, that is not the way a partner/customer should be treated 20 years ago this would not happen. Pictures are of the weeds just off the grass and a plant that died after they sprayed this was the third one but they never responded to that when i had asked. I guess if it was my choice and would not select this company. It wont let me share the video of the weds. Any way we took care of them my 60 year plus wife went out and pulled them all.

Destroy my new sod: put new sod in February 2022, the company came highly recommended. Now it’s November and my lawn is terrible. Over run with dollar weed, dead spots and grab grass. My tech was very nice and keep telling don’t worry it will grow back/ fill in. This is NOT the case with in days of last treatment ants had build a high hill and have taken over. I had to buy and put my own treatment down. We are tired of being bitten by fire ant when playing with the dogs in the back yard. I would run from the company!

For 3 years we had a great guy named jeff. He would text and let us know he was on the way. Today a new guy who is a supervisor came. He came at 11:04 and was leaving by 11:20. Our cameras caught him just half cleaning the porch from 11:07-11:10and pool screen 11:10-11:14 And did not spray for pest. I watched as he got in his truck 11:16 pull out and leave. I called immediately and spoke to a lady saying he's our supervisor he wouldn’t do that. I sent the video of our security showing he never had the spray just the cob web pole. I called again to see if videos were received. She goes yes he did spray. I advised no he didn’t you can clearly see this. And requested to not be charge and cancel. After 3 years it took one bad service to cancel. Not just the guy who came out lack of service, but also the lack of professionalism with the receptionist who answered.

I’ve been using EPLS for pest control plus lawn and yard care for nearly 3 years and I’m incredibly satisfied with them. My yard looks fantastic. Matt especially is careful, thoughtful, and thorough with everything he does. When I have questions he’s always happy to talk through things and offer advice. Dave does our monthly pest control and is very detailed and efficient. Everyone at EPLS is so nice, communicates clearly, lets me know in advance when they’re coming by, and is super helpful.
