When we signed the contract and paid the deposit in late July 2024 we were told that installers were 6 to 8 weeks out from starting any new work. That was fine with us. However, it turned out to be almost 5 months before our outdoor kitchen was completed. We made our selections quickly, didn't change our minds, and paid deposits promptly on a project that was not that complicated or that required any special order materials. The installers doing the work did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the end results. Shout out to Andrew, who did a great job of keeping us informed to the best of his ability. But Gwen, the owner of the company, rarely returned our emails, calls, or texts. She avoided us when it was clear that our job was going to take much longer than we were told. She misled us and we only heard from her when money was due.

Orlando outdoor kitchens did an absolutely fabulous job for us. We LOVE our outdoor kitchen!! Their product is very high quality and they were super helpful when it came to ensuring we had a design that we loved. Their selection of colors and style options were great as well. I had an ice maker as part of my outdoor kitchen that we weren’t using. I had the Orlando Outdoor Kitchen build a cabinet with a drawer that fit in the Icemaker space perfectly. The cabinet is made of materials that will never rust. That’s important as we are one block off the ocean. They did an outstanding job!!

I found Orlando Outdoor Kitchens online before I moved to Florida and had a nice discussion with Gwen about kitchens. I have to admit I shopped around and other builders did not offer the warranty or selection of grills MADE IN USA which Orlando Outdoor Kitchens offered. We had limited space to work with so everything was custom built and will last forever. You can get something a little cheaper but you won't get the same quality. We got a kitchen that adds value to our home PERMANENTLY!
