Beware -- Co Owner Jenny is AWFUL!

I have dealt with Rock Ridge on two occasions, both times for snow-plowing services. The work itself was mediocre... they scraped up a LOT of my driveway gravel when moving snow. However, the real issue was Jenny's customer service when I called to clarify my invoice. During my first call, she seemed irritable and a bit rude, but I thought maybe she was having a rough day and let it go. Two months later I called again regarding a bill for plowing that I had not requested. Right off the bat, Jenny's tone was rude and defensive. She claimed that my husband had requested her services, which I knew wasn't true (did she think we don't talk to each other?), and then she started raising her voice and ranting about how she goes "out of the way for people." When I tried to calm her down and explain that I was just calling to clear up the situation, she said she was tired and hung up on me.

Sounds to me like she is stressed out, but regardless, she was rude and abrasive on the phone and I do NOT recommend giving your business to someone with such little courtesy for her customers. We own a rental property and would have been a good source for repeat business, but I don't plan to deal with that woman ever again.

When we called they came out with a ton of information on our land that was nice to know. We had a retaining wall put up then lawn put in. The price was AWESOME, but be prepared to wait since he has many things going. The work is done and he came back and fixed the holes in the lawn. All n all I am happy with the turn out. It still needs work since we have a ton of weeds but it's all fixable.
