Great Experience, and stunning tub to walk-in shower conversion. Their quote was the lowest of the four I received from three big companies, and quality Craftsmen were not pushy to make the sale. They were also more receptive to changing a wall and some other carpentry work at no extra charge. Andrew Johnson was our installer, and he was the absolute best example of someone you want working in your home: Courteous, honest & up front, hard working, efficient, communicated our needs well, and did the whole job with no mess upon completion in just 4 days. Awesome job and is absolutely gorgeous!

From beginning to end, my experience with Quality Craftsman was awesome. They converted my bathtub into a shower and the old shower into a closet. My representative, Kinser, was very courteous and professional and listened to what I wanted to be done. He was very thorough in explaining the details of the job. Gus and his crew came in and did the demolition and an excellent job in installing the walk-in shower. Dan did a wonderful job building the closet which exceeded my expectations. Very happy with the team from Quality Craftsmen and I would highly recommend them.

I love my new bathroom. This project started out messy from the poor dust vacuum (a/c filter strapped to a fan) and a flooring issue that has since been resolved. The company was considerate and fair in making us happy that I can really appreciate my new bathroom. I definitely recommend speaking up as each part is worked, to make sure you get it finished as you want. My flooring was redone by William & his guys through the company when the first workers couldn't get it done right. William was a clean worker and nice. Chris that works in the office was great in communicating with me too. Thank you.

I have other projects that I'm planning, and they will be the 1st company that I call for an estimate. I'm very happy with my new bathroom from them.

The Sales portion of Quality Craftsmen was great, and so was the install. There was delay in getting someone out to take final measurements and 0 to no communication from the sales rep as soon as the contract was signed, even though he claimed he would be part of the whole process. I did love the end result. They took our bath tub and converted it into a walk in shower and it came out great. But it seemed like they only slotted (1) day for the install and these poor installers were rushing to get it done. The installers were nice and very professional and worked until ~8pm.

However, since it was a rush, we have had some issues since the install with the caulk coming out in certain areas where water can leak into, there seems to be a panel that isn’t supported properly, and the door coming off its tracks. No big deal, so I called them in November to come take a look, because we wanted them to do the service; so everything was by the book and warranty was still covered. I did not receive a call back. A few weeks later, I contacted the sales person and he said he put in a service call, I did not receive a call back. I figured with the holidays and time off, no big deal. I called again January 6th, and they said they put a service request in, no call back. I called again yesterday and yet, no call back. I will fix the repairs myself now, but I find it concerning that we can’t get a call back to schedule these fixes. Or at least be told, that they cannot service us. Some communication would be nice.
