I've been very pleased with the services provided by Karina Lakefront Maintenance. I feel it's essential to have a clear view of the lake in order to completely enjoy lakefront living. Without proper control of aquatic vegetation, invasive species seem to dominate with tall and unkempt looking plants that block the view of the lake. Not only do these pesky plants hinder the view, they may also serve as safe haven for unwanted animal life (e.g, rodents).

Karina's Lakefront has been instrumental in clearing these invasive species and replanting with proper vegetation to allow for proper maintenance (which is now provided on a monthly basis). They have also been very helpful in securing the essential permits required by the Orange County EPD in addition to providing the services that satisfy their approval. In other words, I find their expertise essential in complying with the requlations promulgated by the EPD with Orange County (which are there for good reasons). We found Karina through an internet search. They were professional and enthusiastic to help with our Orlando lakefront clean up. The price was fair. They took a deposit and STARTED AND FINISHED the project the next day! Super good work crew. They cleaned up after themselves and most important....did a wonderful job. You wont be disappointed. Use these guys for your lake, seawall and docks. We are thankful we found them!

I’ve used Karina several times on 2 different properties. Great communication from office staff, and workers were friendly and professional. Will be using them for our regular maintenance. What was refreshing for me was that I didn’t have to pick up after them when they left. They left no signs that they were here except that all the water weeds were gone ! They even blew off the dock with their blower. Great job Karina !

Karina Lakefront Maintenance is not only prompt, friendly and thorough they are very honest. I called them thinking my dock was in need of repair. They could have taken advantage of the customer by performing repairs that were unnecessary, but would make money for the company. Instead I was informed the dock was sound. It’s not easy to find companies with so much integrity. Thank you Karina Lakefront Maintenance!
