I am a returning customer to Gifts Decor and more, I have ordered several times from this company and I must say I am absolutely impressed every time I order a floral arrangements or other gift design from this company. The level of professionalism is on point. All I have to do is explain what I need to the proprietor and she always make my orders extraordinarily beautiful and my vision come alive. Very creative. The flowers are always beautiful. Fresh! And delivery is always on time! The recipients are always very pleased with the arrangement. I am totally impressed with the level of service. I would highly recommend! Great prices too! Thumbs up!

WOW...cannot say enough great things about this florist. Most compassionate, caring, professional florist I have ever dealt with. I called her from N.J. and requested a specific floral arrangement for a celebration of life and she went over and beyond my expectations. The respect I received will never be forgotten. She made promises and delivered on every single one! Florida is so very lucky to have you! Your floral design is impeccable and you truly achieved the essence of our love in this arrangement. A Father's Day surprise bouquet flop. From a cardless delivery, to 2 out of 3 wrong balloons and those same two were on the floor by the next day, to all flowers died except the roses by the 2nd day ... truly an unprecedented flower delivery experience. FORTUNATELY, Kerry the shop-keeper, as well as the responsive driver, Dwayne, have picked up the phone every time I've called them. I've been credited more than my original purchase price for a do-over sometime in the future. This company's excellent and courteous communication has moved me in believing they can do better next time. Covid's still a universal health threat right now and many have it quite rough. I almost gave them a 2 star rating since I really have experienced better outcomes from floral services before, but considering an effort was made to deliver what I ordered on time and especially considering how responsive this company has been to my complaints not to mention the generous credit extended to me for repeat business, I feel they deserve 4 stars. I look forward to upgrading my rating to 5 stars sometime in the near future after I give them another chance.

Normally, I don't leave feedback because i’m too lazy lol but, I believe once you’ve received great customer service others should know about it. I’ve been here numerous amount of times and was undecided on what I wanted. Nevertheless, the worker was extremely helpful, nice, and patient towards me all the times that i’ve been there.
