Happened across this amazing wholesale plant exchange. WOW, first of all, the people, from the front desk to the field loaders. all great, energetic and willing to help. With a smile no less.
Then, there is the selection of grade "A" plant material. huge variety, and all in excellent health, no culls here!
I have been in the plant biz for over 30 years, and I know a great nursery when I see one. Good job you guys.

UPDATE: 7.1.2024

We are very satisfied with the resolution.

George Jr and team came through for us. Turns out two trees ending up needing replacement. George gave us one at no charge and the second one he replaced at his cost.
Thank you George.

George Jr at Amplex says he is ordering 3 replacement trees for the dead trees this week. I hope to report successful replacement soon!

I really regret having to post this…
Three of 5 Sylvester date palms from Amplex began DYING as soon as planting back in early February (2024). It’s been nothing but a runaround to get them replaced. No results.
It is now mid April. The heat season is approaching. Completion of our entire $30,000 project is on hold pending replacement of these trees as they are an integral part of the landscape design.
All of the information and concern reported here has repeatedly been communicated to George Jr at Amplex. To no avail.

This is becoming an owner’s nightmare.

There are many other nursery choices in the area. Perhaps you might advise your landscaper to use another wholesaler for your planting selections. Unfortunate, for sure, because Amplex does have a beautiful selection. But they do not - in our experience - stand behind their product. Buyer beware.

Amplex Nursery is an awesome place to find plants. I called looking for two particular plants that I was having a hard time finding and was connected to George, Jr (Manager) who got me the plants I had been looking for. When I got there, George suggested I take a look around to see if there was anything else I might be interested in. Then I met Gwen who showed me around and helped me find some more plants. Between George, Jr and Gwen they made my experience in finding plants great. Thanks y'all.
