City Oasis was recommended to me by a local florist when I had called them in search of a bonsai tree to be delivered in the Orlando area. I phoned City Oasis and was lucky enough to speak to Alaina. Not only did they have a gorgeous dwarf jade bonsai in stock, she, along with her manager, went above and beyond to meet all of my needs. Alaina is so kind and is an excellent communicator! I was pleasantly surprised! I read the reviews prior to going to City Oasis. Which were mixed on some comments.

Walking thru the whole shop and looking at just about everything. I did see some plants that had damage and price tags on a couple leaves which one person stated was "disrespectful to the plant" which I can understand. Ultimately though the place was Awesome! The staff was great! Alex I believe was his name was very helpful and gave me a GREAT deal on some plants. I had a set price and he accommodated my wants perfectly. Thank you....
One of the ladies was very mindful to greet me and be helpful while she was working on some Bonsai's.

All I know is they now have a Loyal customer and will definitely be back!
I was so Happy with my selection of plants and was able to get a couple hard to finds.
Their selection is broad and you will see some very rare.

Okay, this place is my favorite shop in the entire world. It's my personal ☁️heaven☁️ I'm pretty sure the owner knows by now I'm slightly crazy about plants by the amount of time and money I've spent here 😅 I live a bit away and it's always worth it to stop by and spend as much as I can on plants. They have everything from common to rare and they're usually very beautiful specimens. Also the owner is so cool, treats us like friends and gives us amazing prices.

I am a repeater customer, the staff is so nice and orquids are best in town and better prices that Publix! Will keep coming!

The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. I'm visiting from out of state and was recommended to visit this place after asking about where to find hoya at another shop. They have such a fantastic selection of healthy plants. Pricing is definitely fair. Was able to grab a couple of my wishlist plants (large healthy specimens at that) . Also got to enjoy seeing large mature uncommon plants. It's obvious that the owner and employees really care about what they do. Will recommend this place to anyone that is in the area.

Very helpful, friendly staff and a GORGEOUS, wide variety of plants - orchids both rare and unusual (hard to find), palm trees of varying varieties, hibiscus of all different colors (also cultivated into different shapes), staghorn ferns, bonsai trees, other garden plants and indoor plants. Really, simply amazing as it’s d everything you could wand from a specialty plant store! I’m adding pictures of the vanilla bean orchid I bought and the “trick-or-treat” variety of orchid - OMG so beautiful and amazing. Thanks for being here in our Mills50 community!
