I only saw the chapel and the courtyard since I was there for a wedding, but it was beautiful! Very small, sort of interesting in how you have to set up chairs and where to stand to have your wedding in the chapel, but the atmosphere is lovely and quiet.

The previous reviewer actually attended my wedding on 1/6/24 🙂 I agree with everything she said from my perspective, except there are several options at the Art & History Center for wedding ceremonies that would accommodate more guests. I specifically wanted an intimate setting and love the aesthetic of the chapel. For those with more guests, the main garden is much larger and also lovely. Paola made the whole process easy. She was so helpful and worked seamlessly with my wedding planner and me to help me have the wedding of my dreams!

Love the Mayan architecture. And check out the phone museum next door.
A gentleman let my partner and I in as his guests so we didn’t have to pay to see the center.

This time I was there for a meeting at the newer building they built. There are restrooms and a kitchen. The meeting space can hold a lot of people. Play art gallery is small but lovely. We also have a lot of small rooms for smaller art classes and they have a telephone museum.

Attended a wedding here on 01/06/24. Beautiful location for an intimate wedding. I wouldn't consider it a suitable location for anymore than 50 in attendance. It would be a tight fit. The wedding I attended was 40 people and it was comfortable in regards to space. The aesthetic is perfect for a wedding! Very romantic as the sun was setting, and everything lit with candles and string lights after dark! The ceremony took place late afternoon, and the glow of the late afternoon sun in the courtyard was just perfect!
