Juan, Michelle, and the whole staff are amazing. I have been using Signs Now WP since the early 2000's. They will bend over backwards to make sure that your order is ready quickly and to your liking. Highly recommend them!

Use to love this place . Had a phone call with someone at the shop now . He was rude and told me he couldn’t do buissness with me and my company due them “having bigger fish to fry” I was polite on the phone as I am always when conducting business. I simply asked how much was the new price and he freaked out on me telling me

”we got bigger fish to fry then to do deal with little customers like you”

I asked what the issue was ? He told me he doesn’t have time to give someone a price or argue with someone about turnaround time .

I explained to him nobody is complaining about turn around time or price , as he originally told me (before telling me off and hanging up the phone ) that the turnover time would be for Tuesday which I agreed and told him no problem as I didn’t even need it until next Friday . So I’m so confused on why he was rude and told me to find someone else and that they have bigger fish to fry ? And they wasn’t going to argue when nobody was arguing about literally anything . I just simply asked what’s the new price as I was giving an original quote before .

Man was extremely unprofessional and if he can’t handle a simple job , he clearly should be removed from his position and look for a job that “he can handle”.

Iv never been told from a company to go find someone else because they don’t care , I will now spread the word to all local business and shops on how this shop refuses to take on orders and is disrespectful and unprofessional and how much they don’t care about there customers or work .

Sad to say I now have to find a new sign shop to handle my business as clearly this one doesn’t like to work or make money .

I will also be filing a complaint with the “Better Buissness Bureau”!

Terrible customer service. Went in for a $12 project, wasn’t informed of needing a “down payment” for a $12 sign, left saying I’d get a proof the next day. Never received a proof until 4 days later after I called. Man on the phone said they needed “more information” from me before they could do anything. WHY wasn’t this information taken when I first went to the store to begin with!? Few more days pass and I hear nothing. I call the store and they said they need a down payment (for a $12 sign), and they claimed they emailed me about it. Low and behold I check my email to find I got an email at 5:30pm the night before. Who is sending business emails this late? Then I tell the man on the phone I’m going to get my credit card... this is where it gets fun: he thinks I put him on hold, but I only muted my phone. While I’m walking to get my wallet I can hear chatter coming from the phone, he assumed I couldn’t hear him talking negatively about me to his coworker. Was quite amusing. The man was openly talking trash about me to his coworker assuming I couldn’t hear it. Usually I wouldn’t write anyone a bad review, especially over a $12 sign, but this was too good to pass up.

Had a great experience with them. The printing quality was excellent, the process was smooth, I got all the answers I needed from them and we got everything before we expected them. Appreciate their work very much!

Just want to throw a good word out to Trey M. - So nice and friendly! We lost our logo documents for our business when some things got deleted and not only did he send me the info, he made up a couple different templates for me. You're awesome!

Excellent customer service, I needed a windshield decal installed for my car, they were able to quickly and precisely get the decal centered and installed, mind you, outside in the direct sun with 90 degree temps , this goes above and beyond, especially since the decal was not one they had made!!!!
