Philip Moore the owner of Malabar Products and his team did an amazing job on my Florida room flat roof. The roof was worn after nearly 15 years old and developed a leak in a peculiar place. Philip came in explain what was needed to repair the roof and hopefully correct the leak which was In the back corner. They arrived as promised did an excellent prep, repair and cleanup. He assured me that he backs his work for one year. I needed to call a couple of weeks later because it was still leaking. I couldn't believe it after they did such a thorough job and inspection. He came out a week later and once again inspected the roof unable to find the problem. He advised me that he wanted to come back with additional workers because he needed help to disassemble the inside roof area to expose the underside of the roof. He came back as promised, they took apart the underside and went on top and meticulously went inch by inch finding the problem. A screw hole with no screw that was part of the original construction 15 years prior. Who knows what happened to that screw. The repair was made, the inside was put back together perfectly. This company stuck by their word, did what needed to be done without any complaints. They went above and beyond. A company like this is very hard to find today. High praise and thanks to Philip, his daughter and the crew. Next I am going to have them re screen all my windows.

I am so glad that The Lord sent two of the nicest people in the Vinyl Window business my way. Phillip and Jessica of Malabar Products, I can't sing there praises enough. They were very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, kind and funny. We had a lot of good laughs while they were removing and replacing my vinyl windows. They were the ONLY company out of the three that I called, that would come and give me an estimate. After they came and took the measurement, they sent me a quote by email, I contacted them to do the job and they were able to do it in ONE Day when the appointment was scheduled weeks later. The Windows Looks Awesome!!! I would recommend them over any other company. One of the three companies that I contacted wanted me to remove the windows myself and bring them in to be repaired, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Malabar Products are my #1 go to company for any patio projects.

Perfection completed on the most hot, humid day of the year…every square millimeter measures exactly the same throughout the windows and door heights and widths. The seal is as aesthetically perfect and lovely as the the impact of the entire structure. I can’t wait to lay some tile and add pics to my comments! Malabar Products have done at least 10 townhomes on this cup-de-sac Developement and neighbors who have had the same enclosures done 15+ years ago continue to enjoy with little, if any, wear and tear evidence…windows still slide easily and seals are solid. None have ever been damaged or affected by severe storms. This has been a hope for years and thanks to a hurricane, I was able to have it done. They came and reconstructed my ripped old screens and secured the base so I still had a screen door to use and lock until they came back to install enclosure. Thank you for your professionalism, your courtesies and downright pleasure with whom to do business!

Malabar Products entire team were true professionals and a pleasure to work with. From project design thru installation they kept on schedule, provided updates, and managed all aspects. The installation team were meticulous from removal of my existing enclosure thru the installation of our new frame and windows, paying close attention to every detail. I could not have been happier with the final product and look forward to working with them on future projects.
