They are awesome. I called, they answered the phone on the first ring, connected me with repairs, They said bring it in. I explained I'm on Vacation and would like it quickly if possible. Service said what's the issue I explained, he said how quickly can I get it to him I said within 30 minutes. I arrived they RAN out of the building Hi low arrived within 1 minute, hooked it up while service asked my basic info, they said they would call me. Within 30 minute got the call it was a high pressure fuel pump they said they would have it first thing in the morning they had to order it. In the morning I got a call said part arrived and ETA was around 2pm, at 1pm they updated me said start heading that way problem was solved and they just had to put a few things back on but it was running. I zipped over there to see If I could have them show me what they fixed. They spent the time to cover it and I was in the water by 2pm. AWESOME AWESOME, I forgot the key he got me a new key for super cheap. Life time customer. Paul from Michigan and FMB.

From the moment we seen the boat for sale, our first trip down to see it, the water test, paper work all the way out the door to finalize the sale , was an AMAZING experience! Bob is such a pleasure to work with and was so personal making the experience the best we could ever ask for. Austin was very knowledgeable and helpful with all the mechanics of the boat as well. We are very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend! Can’t wait to get out on the water 🌊☀️🕶️

I went to The Boat Place in Fort Myers to repower my boat with a new Suzuki Outboard. Mark in Sales promptly provided a reasonable price and said they had the engine I wanted in stock. I advised him I was looking for a quick turnaround due to a planned vacation using the boat. He asked how fast I could bring the boat in to begin. I immediately brought boat to their shop. They began work the next day and it was completed within a week. The engine runs great and very happy with the quality of work. I was able to enjoy my vacation with the new engine the following week. Great job!

Love the Pioneer I bought off these guys but once they had my money they wouldn’t even return my calls. Service? Nonexistent. 2 stars only because the boat is great. Sevice is zero stars or less

Update. I had my pioneer in for service and some post IAN repairs.

The new service manager, Ben, is great. He went above and beyond taking care of me. The work was top notch and my boat was returned in absolutely pristine condition.
I will have no hesitation returning for service or recommending The Boat Place to others!

These people really take the time to make sure your taken care of, its been an absolute pleasure buying a new boat from them. The owner Chris cares about her customers and it shows. Bob is the go to sales guy, he is knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The service department is fast and very reasonable on there parts and labor rates, Pete is the guy to talk to. I will be buying my next boat from them, and highly recommend this place. They got me in and out for my 100 hr service on my Suzuki, and ready for my keys trip.
